Our stay really seamless and comfortable. Great scenery at the balcony. Place a little bit cramp if you have toddler but we can manage. Great stay deff will go back if I need to stay at Bandung. Thanks Ko Jojo and Ci Grace

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The unit was immaculate and boasted an array of amenities. However, first-time visitors might find the apartment building challenging to locate, as it's tucked away in a quiet alley. Although check-in presented minor issues, Mr. Zacky's prompt responsiveness and exceptional hospitality swiftly resolved them. I'd definitely return!

Fantastic apartment conveniently attached to a mall with easy access to food and shops. It was also easily accessible for gojek/grab drivers.

It’s a perfect place to stay

My family was in Jarkarta for 7 weeks. This 3 bedroom apartment was a great fit for us and became our home away from home. With MOI next door, there are many places nearby to purchase food, and if one wanted to cook, there are grocery stores nearby as well. We didn't have much need to contact the host, but I did have one day where I left the apartment, forgot the key in the apartment and the host was able to quickly respond and get us back in. This building has a nice walking path (about 750M) around the perimeter of building with along with swimming pools and tennis courts. Other residents I encountered during my daily walks were very friendly. Lastly the reception team in the building were always friendly and helpful when coming into or leaving the building.

Host was responsive, friendly and able to meet our request. location was peaceful & quiet with no night disturbance. overall I enjoyed my stay & will recommend others to book this apartment as well.

The place is easy to find, right in front of public street in a quiet neighborhood area. Pak Randi was really helpful for both check in and check out process. The house itself is old but gold ☺️. Me and my friends really like the interior because it gave us a nostalgic vibe, nevertheless the place was really clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and malls, wasn’t face any difficulties to find foods. Recommended if you need to stay at the heart of bandung but wanting a quiet place to relax.

This review is a little personal to me, as it's more than just a review. I stayed here for over a month with my boyfriend. I remember booking this place when I was in Phuket, and once it was booked, I received a message that there were three dogs at the house. I was so happy when I found out and told my boyfriend about it. Once we checked in, I couldn't help but feel overjoyed to see Ongki's dogs. They are truly wonderful. For us, the place felt very homey. Everything we needed was provided—kitchen, fridge, washer, dryer—everything! Most importantly, there is a house helper who comes every day for the dogs and cleans the house once a week. She is a lovely woman, and I urge the next guests to be nice to her and love those dogs! Pet and play with the dogs everyday is mandatory!😁😆 It's an amazing place with friendly and responsive owner, wonderful dogs, and a lovely house helper. I highly recommend it—1000 times over! 💙💙💙💙

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Joshua's place is beautiful and spacious. The view from the apartment is awesome. The apartment is connected to a mall so very convenient for us. The beds are comfortable. I was happy that the place has a microwave! Joshua was very easy to reach and to talk to. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.
