Todo muy bien, es muy céntrico el lugar

Acogedor lugar y una zona muy tranquila para descansar en familia. El anfitrión estuvo muy pendiente de las solicitudes realizadas.

Super linda la atención recibida por parte de la señora Rocío, nos atendieron y consintieron nos permitieron recorrer el jardín y cosechar aguacates, recomendaríamos que todos vayan y volveremos en una próxima visita

La casa de Eduardo es muy cómoda. Fuimos tres adultos y dos niños, estuvimos super bien. Todo es como indica la descripción y se ve en las fotos. El wi fi anduvo excelente. El lugar es mágico, con el río atrás, el entorno es inmejorable. La barbacoa es una espacio muy disfrutable. Eduardo siempre estuvo a disposición, atendiendo nuestras consultas orientándonos en el lugar. Sus indicaciones de cómo llegar fueron muy claras y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. En nuestra próxima visita a Baños, que ojalá sea pronto, buscaremos la casa de Eduardo para ver si estará disponible.

The place was easy to find and to retrieve the keys. The parking it’s not Anita’s but a third party. I feel that the parking fee it’s too high considering that you need to call for the door to be opened even during the day. However, that is not an Anita’s issue. The apartment was clean and very open and spacious. We had issues with the hot water, but the next morning discovered that the gas tank had ran out and needed to be switched with the new one. Host could’ve checked on it prior to our arrival. We could gotten a nice hot water shower instead of spending one hour trying to figure out why there was no hot water. Otherwise, the place it’s perfect and right in the middle of downtown Baños. We walked everywhere. Bad thing was that we got to the place almost at midnight and ran to check out next morning by 11am, which is checkout time. Specially considering that we spent some time trying to figure out the hot water issue. Perfect place to stay with friends-family. Will return!

Maravilloss estancia, sin duda volveremos. Todo muy limpio, y cuando digo todo hablo de todos los dormitorios, sala, cocina, baños e incluso el espacio que corresponde a la propiedad. El anfitrión es atento al 100%.

Estuvo muy bonito el lugar muy limpio además de la anfitriona muy amable y preocupada.

L'un des meilleurs logements que nous avons eu. on se croirait à la maison. Alex et sa sœur sont super accueillants, ils parlent anglais, français et espagnol. Tout est propre, il ne manque rien. On recommande totalement, si on revient à Riobamba, on retournera chez Alex. The best !!!

La suite era exactamente igual a las fotos, además estuvo muy ordenada y limpia a nuestra llegada. Tania fue muy amable, estuvo pendiente de nosotros y siempre fue fácil la comunicación con ella. La suite está ubicada en un lugar tranquilo y seguro.
