Great place, just like the photos

Excellent service, the Very attentive host, the house is impeccable, it has a very nice game room and an external kitchen for grills , it makes you feel at home

If you want to be surrounded by nature and peace, this stay is your best option. Apart from the fact that the house is very comfortable, cute and cozy has a beautiful view, a wide garden and you can go down to the river, to relax or sunbathe. We loved this stay!

Everything is very nice

Eduardo's place is very comfortable. We were three adults and two kids, we were super good. Everything is as described and seen in the photos. The wifi was excellent. The place is magical, with the river behind, the environment is unbeatable. The barbecue is a very enjoyable space. Eduardo was always available, attending to our inquiries orienting us on the spot. Her directions were very clear and we didn't have any issues. On our next visit to Baños, hopefully soon, we will look for Eduardo's house to see if it will be available.

The place was clean and had an amazing view from every balcony. Host was there to greet us at check in and was very hospitable from the start and end of our stay. If you ever find yourself in Baños I would highly recommend Kathe’s place!

We loved staying here. We took our two younger kids and in-laws. The pictures don’t do the space justice. By being at the end of a lot, we felt like we had complete privacy. We utilized the heated pool each day as well as the sauna. We grilled out and enjoyed a family dinner on the upstairs patio. We would definitely recommend this space for families.

A very nice place for a large group of people with an incredible view of the Tungurahua volcano. Carmen was a very friendly person helped us with every detail. I highly recommend it.

Recommended place, very good location, a few meters from the central park. The apartment is cozy and the rest is pleasant, with all the necessary amenities, very clean and tidy. Veronica is an excellent host, she was very attentive to our stay and made things very easy for us. I definitely recommend it and we'll be back with my family.

She was the best. The whole room it self was the best. Very tidy everything was easy to find. The place was a tiny bit hard to find but we managed to get through. Would recommend to come back and stay longer!

I'd like to highlight the excellent service I received at Ahitana's accommodation. Ahitana and her staff were extremely kind and always willing to help me. Although I had a small problem with the garage door, the girls at the nearby cafe were very kind and supportive. A highlight was the convenience of having a cafeteria near the accommodation. On a rainy day like the one I was in, it was a great relief not to have to go far to find a place to have a drink. The location and services offered made my stay very pleasant. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Ahitana and would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy place with good service

A charming place to stay. The host is a very friendly and helpful person. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in your photos. Although the hot water failed in the shower, it did not work. However, it is a place to stay that is really worth it.
