Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

The 50 m² apartment is located in the left house of a three-sided courtyard on the first floor. There is another identical apartment floor, there is another, identical apartment. The center of the two-room apartment is a cozy living room with lots of seating. In the adjoining bedroom is a comfortable double bed, as well as a small workplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, sheets and spices are available. There is parking space and an outdoor seating area. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby.

Welcome to Possendorf. The property is located on a side street, which branches off from the B170 federal highway. The rooms are located in the converted basement of the detached house. In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

The apartment is very close to the southern city limits of Dresden. The Frauenkirche is about 8 km away. It is about 30 km to the Erzgebirge or Sächsische Schweiz. Recommendation for families with children: is the theme park Oskarshausen. (only 3 km away) A bus stop to Dresden is 50 meters from the apartment. A dominant male rough-haired dachshund lives with us. We are therefore more pleased to welcome female dogs as pets for our guests.
