Der Aufenthalt bei Dragana war sehr schön. Sie und Ihr Mann sind tolle, ganz freundliche Gastgeber. Ihr Appartement ist zwar ziemlich klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön, sowie der Weg zum Meer hinter dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist auch schön und die Promenade liegt ganz in der Nähe. Der Flughafen liegt zwar in der Nähe, aber wir haben nur bei unserem Spaziergang einen fliegen gehört. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass wir außerhalb der Session zu Besuch waren. Wir haben es auf jeden Fall dort genossen.

While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Es war super sauber, viele Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Der Pool wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Maja war immer ansprechbar, hat Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, tolle Gastgeberin! Achtung bei der Anfahrt: Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist sehr schmal und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, zu wenden.

Wir haben über Silvester mit unseren Freunden in der Villa Propuh Urlaub gemacht und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern – wunderschön, sauber und mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Der Whirlpool und die Saune waren das absolute Highlight, perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Alles perfekt! Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Von der Kommunikation, bis zur Lage und Sauberkeit - diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Kinderfreundlich ausgestattet mit Kindergeschirr/besteck, erhöhtem Pool mit Tor und einem eigenen Spielplatz im Garten wurde hier an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Airbnb Haus ist, sondern viel Herzblut der Besitzer in die Pflege einfliesst. Auch bei selbstverschuldeten Komplikationen wurde uns umgehend und überaus freundlich geholfen, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

Ubytovanie v klimatizovanom apartmáne bolo vynikajúce, všetko čisté, funkčná práčka aj umývačka. Terasa s nádherným výhľadom. Výborná poloha, len pár krokov do mora, mohli sme využívať súkromné lehátka a slnečníky, ako bonus aj paddleboard. Ana je skvelá a vždy nápomocná hostiteľka. Odporúčam všetkým čo chcú prežiť úžasnú a pokojnú dovolenku. Ďakujeme Ti milá Ana, cítili sme sa veľmi príjemne.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

Unsere erstes Air BnB Erfahrung, und wir sind begeistert. wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Nachbarschaft ruhig und freundlich, nicht ins Zentrum. 20Minuten Auto von Rijeka entfernt, 15min zur Crikvenica. Perfekt für eine Reise mit Haustiere! Irena war immer super erreichbar und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Suzana ist ein hervorragende, aufmerksame Super-Gastgeberin. Alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr (Regenschirm, Bügeleisen…) ist vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank stand eine kühle Flasche Weißwein. Auf dem Küchentisch standen Obst und Schokolade und Kirschen aus dem Garten. Überhaupt sind Garten und der Zugang zum Meer wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Sara's place was amazing! We were greeted by Sara's dad who was an amazing host. He brought us pancakes on the 1st day and a quiche on the 2nd day. He had helpful tips and was extremely supportive. The place is located in a tranquil area with amazing views of the peninsula across the water and offers amazing sunsets. The main road, although frequented by motorcycles and other vehicles is quite busy during the day, however being sheltered by the building, this is not disturbing. There is little to no traffic in the evenings. The place was clean and offered the basics a kitchen should have, we missed nothing. Truly a great place and one I will certainly return to in the future.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage als auch das Haus waren wie beschrieben und gut erreichbar. Damir hat uns noch einige Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Das Haus ist vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis fast nicht zu schlagen. Es ist äußerst sauber, schön eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Sogar ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, man bekam auf alle Nachrichten eine schnelle Antwort und sowohl der check-in als auch der check-out waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr sehr gut, die Geräte sind modern und neu und funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, ist die Lage auch wirklich sehr gut und man kommt schnell an alle wichtigen Orte auf der Insel. Wir hätten uns nichts besseres wünschen können.

The house is really beautiful and as shown in the pictures! We had a very nice time and very much enjoyed the hot tub and the great fireplace. The view from the balcony is great! The house is very clean and perfectly equipped. Igor was quick and reliable to answer any questions we had. The check-in was friendly and we received all the important information. Overall, the communication as well as the house were excellent!

We had a fantastic stay at the property. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and very well organized. Our group of 11, including 5 kids, had plenty to enjoy—there was something for everyone. The spacious common areas made it easy for us to gather and spend quality time together. The property was impeccably maintained and matched the description perfectly. Josipa was an outstanding host—very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place!

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund(en) Großes, super schönes, eingezäuntes Grundstück – ideal für Reisende mit Hunden. Die Unterkunft ist super gut ausgestattet, hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt am Haus und alles, was man braucht, ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straße ist zwar hörbar - mal mehr mal weniger - aberfür uns war es nicht störend. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, hatte sogar Süßigkeiten im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt und gab uns tolle Restauranttipps. Früherer Check-in war auch problemlos möglich. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt! DANKE dafür :)
