Beautiful place to stay in

Lovely place to stay for a weekend away. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and well looked after.

Absolutely loved our stay at Derwen. It's a beautiful old building off a stunning cobbled courtyard behind the main house. Lovely outside seating for warmer weather. The cottage itself is cosy and welcoming and we really appreciated the breakfast hamper and treats for our dog. Jan and Roger are a lovely couple with lots of helpful hints for the local area. Bangor-on-Dee itself is a beautiful little village with two pubs and a village shop, all were used. The church and bridge are lovely and there are lots of good dog walks nearby. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful location , the barn has everything you need for a relaxing break. Shops and activities only a short drive away. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
