Beautiful and quiet Ile de Ré house, in the heart of the island

At the end of a hamlet, quiet, facing nature, hides our little house, "Kergui" for those close to us. Bright and carefully decorated, it will enchant you. On the ground floor, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom (queen size bed) and its bathroom toilet. On the 1st floor, mezzanine relaxation area + bathroom with toilet as well as a bedroom (king size bed) and office area + 1 small bedroom with 2 beds of 80. Linens provided (duvet covers, towels...)

Located outside the fortified urban enclosure of the port of Le Palais, on the edge of a very beautiful wood called "Bois du Génie", it is on one level on two large private terraces and two enclosed gardens: 1 to the south (shared by us) and 1 to the north (wood side) exclusively reserved for guests. 5-minute walk to the center of Palais, the first beach and coastal trails, and 600 m from a supermarket Pets OK

Very pleasant to live in the village is 2 minutes by bike (Bangor) with shops, café (grocery store and market (Sunday morning, with organic products) The 3000 m2 garden is very pleasant with stone terrace, unobstructed view and beautiful trees! private terrace upstairs, very nice for sunbathing, or watching shooting stars!! Immediate coastal trail access to reach the Poulains lighthouse or tour the island. Boat booking: Compagnie Océane Quiberon- Le Palais or Sauzon. The bed is prepared and cleaning is scheduled at the end of the stay. The house can accommodate a couple with a baby.

This house, located on the outskirts of a hamlet, about 10 minutes from the GR 340 (stage between Sauzon and Locmaria), is located in a garden shared with our home. It offers an ideal break for walkers and lovers of nature and calm. The property can accommodate 2 people. Apart from walkers, it is best to have a means of transportation to make the most of your stay, as we are in the countryside.

You will also find a Spar, a bakery, three restaurants, bike rental, a tobacco bar, a post office and a Belle Ile bus stop in the village. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are provided and beds are made on arrival
