We had a great time at the villa, the host was very nice, helpful, and always at our service.The villa is very well located and the room is spacious and comfortable.The overall is more beautiful than the picture.At the same time, the pool is very large, and the important thing is to say three times, the pool is very large!The pool is huge!The pool is huge!We love it, we'll be back next time, it's really a great place to stay ^_^

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

The host is too kind and always be there to help you out. The house is entirely clean and quiet. Best place to consider living in Pattaya.

A very modern villa, located in Pattaya city, convenient for daily living, opposite is 79 show venue, there is a private KTV room in the villa, we had a wonderful day here, and the enthusiastic host answered many travel-related questions, thank you very much!

The villa was well equipped with everything we needed to move in and live comfortably. From kitchen essentials to cozy living spaces, it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great getaway. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Thank you Paul, Kak, and Art and sister for being amazing hosts, your home is very clean,spacious, and well laid out for a large family, with kitchen, bathroom and two family rooms with TV's downstairs, and a further bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has the ensuite with jacuzzi (which our children loved!) and we were thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! All in all, we loved that you took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during our holiday including booking our transfer to Bangkok on our last

We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

Fantastic time at Jan's house. It was perfect for my family, very spacious and ticked all the boxes for us. Very peaceful and private, staff very helpful and amenities very good. We regularly used the gym and pool. Jan was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful with the way the house was presented. I would recommend own transport if you stay here, we had a car so it was no issue for us. Bang Sare is 10 min drive and Sattahip around 15 mins, both are great for food, drink and relaxation. Jans place is definitely recommended.👍🏻
