The viewpoint is deserved after climbing the steps to the apartment (impossible to access for people with reduced mobility or having difficulty walking). The beach and thalassotherapy center " Ile Rousse/Thalazur" are less than 5 min walk away. Free parking is in front of the listing. Bandol Station is a 15-minute walk away. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.
