We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

It was a really great stay, the host was very responsive and very friendly. The place is more beautiful in person, everything was clean, and the bathroom was really nice because it has led light mirror and hot and cold shower.

If you’re looking for a private pool on Samal island, this is the perfect place! Clean and spacious, it can nicely fit 10 people and matched greatly the Airbnb description. Federico was also very responsive and great host. Nearest restaurant is probably 800 meters away and closes at 8pm so best to bring your own food if you don’t have your own transportation on the island. Overall it was a relaxing stay!

Convenient location and easy to reach out.

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

Jennifer’s place was just bliss. Very private, quiet and relaxed even though its close to the town of Babak. Ate Emma looked after us really well and was always available to help or answer any questions. Highly recommended! Would come back again and bring the family next time!

Perfect getaway for family or group of friends. Sam’s place has everything one needs to keep visitors relaxed and engaged. My family stayed here and they were very happy. The kids spent their time playing ping pong, billiards, volleyball and basketball while the older generation spent hours singing their hearts out using the karaoke. Beach is also nearby. I highly recommended this place. I will book this again if we visit Mati.

Host are so responsive, they provide anything you need as long as they can provide. We came for summerfrolic event but it’s a bit far from there, thats why they provide us a motorcycle FOR FREE. They also provide WALKIE TALKIE for easy communication if we do have concerns. Place has strong wifi too. Place is safe and peaceful. In addition, my iPhone was left at their place or I didn’t know where exactly but they follow me to terminal to return it. We are truly grateful for them and surely to recommend. God bless!

We booked at 7pm and still they were able to manage to accommodate us. We enjoyed our stay in their unit. Their care taker is also one of a kind, very responsive and made sure that we are okay when she left. The host is also very responsive. ❤️ Very spacious and feels like home. Amazing place & loved the place. We had a wonderful time. The chef, Rose is a good cook as well Gigi are both responsive to our needs. Jimmy and Loloy were both helping carrying our stuff. We love the aromatic coconut water. The internet was gone, we had it for a day only, that’s the inconvience we encountered. The water is pristine, clear crystal water. We see the giant clams below. You can see a lot of fishes, private beach. It’s highly recommended. If given a chance, to stay longer .
