Marianne's beachfront townhome is a wonderful home base in the beautiful beach town of Melbourne Beach. I especially loved all of the big windows to soak in the gorgeous view of the ocean from the den. I highly recommend Marianne's home for a beachfront getaway in Melbourne Beach.

If you are thinking of booking this space don’t hesitate! This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s comfortable and spacious and is so well stocked with great quality amenities. If you like to cook you will love all of the cookware and appliances. Jan is a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to either Jetty Park to watch the cruise ships sail out, to Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course, to the beach (literally 350 steps, I counted). We loved the 2nd floor balcony as well as the Tiki Hut. The condo had a great HVAC system. It was very quiet and kept the place at a consistent temperature. The air purifiers kept the air fresh and clean. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach house, short, walk to the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. This house had everything you may need for a comfortable family stay. Definitely a five star location. We would definitely come back. Had an awesome time.

Amazing place. Easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile) as well as a few restaurants. I stayed for 3 weeks, and will definitely be back. This will be my go to place in Cape Canaveral. Rich is a great host and very prompt when contacted. The place is appointed with anything you could possibly need. 10/10

Great place, master bedroom is on the second floor if that is something you need to consider. Super easy access to great beach that isn't crowded.

The house was great - plenty of space, well stocked (beach chairs, towels, etc.), great amenities. Just what we needed for a few days before our cruise!

Proximity to beach and pool hard to beat!! So close! This was amazing with small children! Kitchen well stocked, we cooked every meal with no trouble. Condo unit was small so beach was not crowded with lots of people. The whole place was well stocked with essentials. Our kids loved the additional beach toys. Make sure every in your party is physically fit enough to handle stairs. Stairs to the beach, stairs to enter unit, and all bedrooms on top floor so more stairs. We would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s home. The house was immaculate and so peaceful and comfortable. We loved being a short walk from the beach, and being able to lounge on the balcony after a long day. We had our toddler with us and really appreciated the children’s items (pack and play, baby gate, booster seat, games and toys) that were tucked out is sight but in easy reach. We didn’t plan on doing laundry on our trip but after a messy beach day it was so nice to be able to do a quick load of laundry (I wish my washer and dryer at home were this nice!). We were in Florida to visit family in the area and I am so glad I booked Laura’s home, it was like our peaceful little oasis that we could retreat to after the chaos the beach with a toddler and extended family. We will definitely be booking again on future visits.

A duplex perfect for my wife and I. the pool was the best feature of the house. Clean and so refreshing. the pool stayed at a perfect 80°F against the Florida heat. The light features aren't intuitive, and not all of the outlets worked, but with so many to choose from it was barely a bother. The microwave also was inoperable during my stay. Overall had a great time. Stephen was responsive and made restaurant and market recommendations prior to my stay so I was prepared when arriving.

The townhome is extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean. Stocked full of amenities and immediately felt like home away from home. My family and I loved the ocean view and very close beach access. On top of that it's right next to the pool for that morning or evening dip! Very secure and safe! Very short walk to the pier and near many great restaurants and attractions! Cocoa Beach is a beautiful destination and is on our top 3 list! The host Monique is very responsive and everything was a breeze! Highly recommend and in my opinion the best unit on the property! The house was perfect for us! The private backyard and pool was very relaxing and peaceful. Kitchen and baths well stocked and super clean. Would definitely rent again if we end up back there.

The place is well located, two blocks from the beach, and matches the photos shown. It's well-equipped and clean. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful!! I've never been in home with more character than this one. Everywhere you look in the house, there's a neat detail that catches your eye. The home is nestled in a beautiful tree-covered area. The neighbors were so friendly. Neighborhood felt safe and was totally walkable. We stayed for a week without a car and were completely content, especially since the walk up to the beach was so short. The beach was beautiful. The bed, couch, and blankets were so comfy. The kitchen was so nice and we cooked elaborate meals every night. Cannot recommend this home more. My boyfriend and I wish we could buy it!

Lees place was a cozy establishment just minutes from the conference we attended. It had everything we needed to make food at home and relax on the beach.

We enjoyed staying at the Rocket Landing! The home was spotless and clean, great attention to detail to include amenities perfect for being at the beach. Tereses instructions were very clear and the price was fair for what was included! We will definitely stay again!

Best place we’ve ever stayed! No complaints whatsoever. They had bikes for the whole family to ride, beach chairs, toys everything we needed they had. Cleanest air b & b, felt safe, excellent location!

This is a great Airbnb. It is in a great location very close to restaurants and the beach. The space is very well maintained and has a lot of extras that made our stay comfortable (beach supplies, soft towels, kitchen items etc). We had a young child traveling with us and the host went out of his way to provide childproofing items and accommodate us with an early check in. We visit the area frequently and will definitely stay here again.

We LOVED this place! Super cozy, clean, and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Steven and his wife really thought about everything their renters may not only need, but want. They are so thoughtful! We loved sitting on the back patio watching the sunset over the pond. They are also extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The neighbors are also friendly. One neighbor even gave my kids some stickers and patches! We will rent this place again if we ever plan another trip to the Space Coast!

I thought that this place was perfect! The location is great and it’s right in here everywhere I want to be. I thought Jason was really communicative, and the place was super clean and exactly what we needed! I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

This is one of the top places we've stayed. Memory foam beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking and leftover containers. We really enjoyed the patio. Location was easy in, easy out with lots of shopping, restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.
