Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Banana River

I have stayed in many Airbnbs and this one was by far the best experience I’ve had. The plan was to make it to Orlando a day early to go out and enjoy before we left for our cruise, one we made it to the house, Carol was so nice, helpful and welcoming, the home was so comfortable and the whole home itself was so peaceful we decided to not go anywhere! Sitting in the back watching the fish, swinging on the swing, watching the roosters was exactly what we needed. And the host was one of the most beautiful helpful people I ever met in life. Everytime I visit Orlando I will be looking to stay there!

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

Shawn’s place was quit cozy and fit our family perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. We were only here one night but would def stay again.

Had a great time exploring Cocoa beach and using this spot as a “home base”. Julia was very responsive to any and all questions and helped us out with recommendations of things to do and see!

We very much enjoyed our stay at John & Monica’s beach house, the only downside was we couldn’t stay longer! It is a beautiful home with everything you could wish for a relaxing stay (including toys/games to keep the kids entertained!). The house is perfectly located close to the beach, bars and restaurants too and has a really welcoming vibe! Would absolutely reccomend this gem to anyone looking to stay in cocoa beach!

Very cute little house. Had 3 bedrooms. 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. Very clean and cute.

Tim’s place is AirBnB as it was meant to be. His communication hits all the marks for content, clarity, and responsiveness. His listing is precisely as described with nothing hidden. If you need something, just ask, Tim will do everything he can to fulfill a reasonable request. During the weekend he even checked in with me to ask if I needed anything or to let me know if he was going to be unavailable for a while. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and we put 11 in it with room to spare. Perhaps one of the nicest things about Tim’s place is the check out instructions, or should I say the lack of them. Truly the kindest words an AirBnB host can say are “I charge you a cleaning fee so I don’t think you should have to do the cleaning for me”. In all my years of renting AirBnB Tim was the first host to grasp this simple truth and to have the decency to put it into practice. Bottom line on Tim, his place, his policies and his practices are that they’re all 5 star.

Sunny Lane 🌞 ☀️ ⛅️ Such a beautiful place!. There was so much to do in the house .We really lived just staying there. The kids did go to a museum. We did a kayak tour at night to see the phytoplankton Bio luminescent. So much fun .Everything was close by. Want to come back again!! I wish I could have stayed forever. Made very precious memories ✨️ 💖 The landscaping is so beautiful the backyard is a paradise.

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Everyone in the group had something nice they just loved about the place. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay, my dad love how comfortable the place felt, and I enjoyed how cozy the beds and sheets were. Especially after being the beach all day! Speaking of the beach me and my daughter also enjoyed nightly walks to the beach was only about a 19min walk. An experience we will able to cherish forever! We loved everything about the place, they had everything we needed and some.

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

Perfect stay prior to our cruise. Just a few minutes from port canaveral. House was clean, comfortable and fun. Great location. Fun games and refreshing pool.

Great place to meet up with family. Pool was awesome to enjoy family fun. Residential , quiet neighborhood not too far from things to do. Home was a great base to be together.

Our family of 5 plus an infant loved staying at Joe's place! The living space was great and the pool and outdoor area was amazing! It was so nice to be able to wash off outside after coming back from the beach. The pool was beautiful and the house had all of the necessary toys, floaties, towels, and beach accessories we would ever need. Joe even dropped of some extra chairs before we came so that would have enough. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and overall, it felt like staying in a house that someone actually lived in vs just a generic vacation house that people visit once in a while. Check out was also so amazingly easy as well. We had a change in plans and Joe was super flexible and understanding about it. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back in the future! If you enjoy pizza, check out Bruno's Pizzeria, it was delicious!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Within walking distance to Beach, bars, even grocery - Very responsive host, clean, tidy.

Lindsey's place was more than we could have imagined. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves, we got to see sea turtles come on land and lay their eggs and then go back in the ocean and the sunrise came right through our room door which was amazing! Lindsey was very good at responding if we messaged her. This was a true diamond we weren't expecting to find. We will go back again:)

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

Me, my husband and Great Pyrenees dog had an amazing and very comfortable time at Ryan’s lovely airb&b! The place itself was so nice, the amenities were great, and the location was so close to the beach and all of the attractions in the area! Ryan was an extremely responsive and accommodating host with an extensive guidebook that was so useful during our stay. He lent us umbrellas/chairs for the beach and took us on some amazing boat rides teaching us so much about the area! His family was absolutely wonderful as well, truly going out of their way to make you feel at home!! We are so grateful for the amazing stay and cannot wait to come back soon! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to really experience all that Merritt Island/Cocoa Beach has to offer!

David was an outstanding host. We enjoyed the place and our stay in his property. The location was conveniently close by the beach. It was a peaceful environment overall. I had a short stay over the weekend as a gift to my girlfriend. She really enjoyed the whole experience. The place is well equipped with short to mid- stays.

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

It was a really enjoyable stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and close to the Village. What more could you ask for?
