Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Balvanera

The location of the apartment is great, you can do a lot on foot. In addition, it is close to many nice cafes. The apartment was very clean and is exactly as in the photos. Just two points about the accommodation, but they are not impediments for me to stay there again: the refrigerator sometimes makes a little noise and the mattress is very soft (even for me who likes it).

I had a wonderful stay at Lucas’ apartment. It is located in a great neighbourhood of Buenos Aires - many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, modern and well-kept. It had all I needed for a memorable stay. I will definitely return to Lucas’ apartment the next time I am in Buenos Aires.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Comfortable loft, very well equipped and decorated, and with details that add up, such as earplugs for those who may have difficulty sleeping with street noise (not my case). The bed is super comfortable and the shower has the ideal water temperature and pressure. I emphasize the security of the building and the kindness of the reception staff. I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in San Telmo. You can walk less that 20 steps and you are watching fabulous Tango and having drinks at wonderful local bars. The Airbnb was quiet as it is located at the back of a ground floor historic complex. Highly recommended. We will be back for another visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

The space is exactly as in the photos, I liked it very much. I recommend it.

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Very nice house, comfortable to live in with children. It was located near the subway, practical! We liked the house very much.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's department was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Please note that there are 4 floors without a lift, which makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
