The accommodation is just as shown in the post. The place is easy to find and the instructions to enter are super clear. I like self-employed income, I find it more practical, without possible waiting. The apartment is very complete; I like to cook at home when I'm traveling and I found everything I needed in the kitchen, and that's something I value very much when I travel. I felt right at home. There were many things that I did not use because I was there for a few days, but I think that for a long stay it is a very comfortable place. Inside the house there are instructions for almost everything and I didn't need to contact him for anything, but Santiago is very attentive at all times and it's something that I also value a lot: the balance between being present but without invading. The bed is very comfortable, the wifi is fast and the air conditioning works well. A 10.

A privileged location! We had the most frequented tourist area within walking distance. The owner was always attentive to any inconvenience that arose! I would definitely come back on a future trip to Buenos Aires

This place is breathtaking! Unbelievable view right over the famous Ricoleta cemetery. Wrap around balcony perfect for sipping wine and watching the sunset that is right behind the cemetery. Fabulous kitchen and modern clean bedroom, and HUGE closet going into bathroom, plus a second half bath so both of you can get ready at the same time. Restaurants and clubs right on the street below - which does lead to a bit of noise at night on weekends, but nothing awful or that earplugs can't fix (which I didn't need as I'm a sound sleeper). The hot tub on the top floor overlooking the cemetery is also fun, and we were the only ones there so had it to ourselves. Would not hesitate to recommend Soledad's place!! The location cannot be beat in Ricoleta!!

Great place near Palermo with great internet and great water pressure. Hosts are super nice and responsive. Super easy, comfortable stay for a month.

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good predisposition, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when you travel with elderly people and they wait for a medical appointment.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very well located, in an area with restaurants, shops and easy access to transport. It is cozy and carefully designed, making the most of every space. The hosts were always attentive and responded quickly to any questions.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

I’m hesitant to share my perspective on this experience, because it was so good I will repeat for sure and I don’t want it to be booked! But what a place, totally worth it and it makes the experience unforgettable, not just visiting Buenos Aires but feeling at home right away, simply amazing.
