We love the accommodation, organized, very well located, next to the Buenos Aires subway, markets, restaurants and nearby tourist spots. The space is very pleasant and the Host very attentive. Super recommendable!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in BA. Its location and amenities were perfect, and the apartment itself was spacious and modern. Lucas was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. The only thing to note is that the lovely courtyard outside had mosquitoes, so we could not spend any time out there. Aside from this, it was the perfect long-term stay option for us in BA, and we would happily return.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. More beautiful than in the photos, very comfortable, very good with the schedules to arrive early, the area is nice, there was no problem and the noises were not annoying.

Very beautiful and comfortable house. It had a very complete kitchen and the shower was hot and with good pressure! With the central heating, we don't feel cold at all! In addition, all the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were 10 points. The only thing out there to highlight is that it has 1 bathroom upstairs that is more uncomfortable to access and you end up using the one on the 1st floor all the time.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's department was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT Sommier, with a mattress to stand out for the quality (in very few accommodations there is something like this) and shower also for 10 points. Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favoring perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Please note that there are 4 floors without a lift, which makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
