Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. We rent a simple, older, clean NON-SMOKING apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is located away from the tourist stroll, about 1000 steps or 5 minutes by bike to the sea and beach. Just write to us if you're interested. We are happy to make your visit to Langeoog as enjoyable as possible. Best and mostly sunny greetings from the island of Langeoog. Tip: In the cool spring, it is really only suitable for guests who are not sensitive to the cold. Not suitable for allergy sufferers!

Villa Hafenkieker

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

Central apartment on Norderney, close to the sea

Welcome to our cozy apartment! Centrally located & walking distance to the beach. The bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with kitchenette, large dining table & cozy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping accommodation, so it can accommodate up to four people. Restaurants, cafes, shopping & the beach are within easy walking distance.

Haus Sandkasten Neuharlingersiel

The Sandkasten house is an old farm from which the barn was newly expanded. Here you will find 10 cozy Rooms with two single beds each, so that up to 20 people can be accommodated with us. The rooms face the north and south sides of the farm. In the middle of the barn is the shared kitchen and 5 bathrooms. The barn offers several cozy sitting areas, as well as a large dining area. In addition, there is a lounge with exit to the terrace.

House Wittdün Deck 1 Baltrum

Ideally located in the town of Baltrum, the holiday apartment "Hus Wittdün Deck 1 Baltrum" is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, one of which has single beds that could be used individually converted to a double bed, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people.

The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings and very well equipped. It's heavenly there in every season and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).

Our newly renovated, modern, spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large divisible south-facing balcony and can accommodate up to 6 people on 110 m². Our "Düne 77" is located in an absolutely quiet top location in Westdorf. Short distances to the city and the beach. The ferry port is just a 6-minute walk away.

The spacious holiday apartment Here at Gulfhof Polder72 offers 86 m² of space for up to 6 people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet, bathtub, terrace, garden and barbecue offer plenty of comfort for families. The location right on the dike near Bensersiel with the beach within walking distance is a special advantage.

Cozy in the villa close to the sea

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. Meanwhile, we also rent it to holiday guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sandy beach or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
