The suite is located 150 meters from Coroados Beach in Guaratuba. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: the room has a double bed, a bunk bed and a bathroom. The suite is private, but the kitchen/living room is SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS. The kitchen/living room is located outside and has all the necessary utensils + 1 bathroom with shower and laundry. The environment is family-friendly, noisy parties are not allowed. It has an outdoor area with a large garden with a lawn for parking cars.

The convenience of the swimming pool in the house and the sea in front are a great option for the whole family. Important: In respect of most of the neighborhood being elderly, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
