House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!

Front facing the sea, 5 en-suites w/ air-conditioning, up to 20 people

The house, opened in 2016, sleeps up to 20 people, and is literally located on the side of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no red tape. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two bathrooms, two large balconies and a barbecue. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always nice, but if necessary all the suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

Izi Village São Paulo in Coroados. New high standard two-story house with pool, on the main street of coroados facing the sea. Only 50 meters from the sea. 03 rooms with air conditioning, one of them being a suite. Sleeps up to 8 people! Unique development, with an incredible terrace overlooking the sea, where you can see a beautiful sunset! With full kitchen, living room, dining table. All rooms have a double bed, and one of them has a bunk bed in addition to the double bed.
