Very comfortable and quiet apartment in a great area of Toulouse. Relaxing interior courtyard setting. Everything worked was and was modern. Comfortable bed and windows blinds that completely blocked out the light. Kitchen had enough utensils, plates and pans to cook your own meals. Jean-Luc was a great host. Very kind, helpful and always responded quickly. Would like to stay again.

If you wish to get the most of your visit to Toulouse, stay at David’s place. It is near every important site and excursion meeting point! The place is comfortable and has both restaurants and grocery stores very near. David is a great host: very responsive and understanding. I recommend!

Appartement ultra-pratique, idéal pour un déplacement pro (espace de travail au top !) mais convient aussi pour le tourisme. La place de parking réservée et l'accès privé sont précieux dans cette grande ville. L'espace est plutôt grand pour un appartement de ce type. Romain est super réactif et aidant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L'emplacement était bien. L'appartement était propre, confortable et bien équipé. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit!

Super séjour chez Lynda. Lynda est une hôte très attentionnée qui fait tout pour que le séjour de ses locataires se passe au mieux, s’assurant que le confort de tous soit au rendez-vous (en particulier de celui de notre petit garçon de 2 ans 1/2 avec l’ajout d’un petit matelas dans le lit parapluie). Le logement est conforme au photo, spacieux, très propre, vraiment à 2 pas de la gare. Petit supermarché également à 2 pas. Bref, on ne manque de rien chez Lynda!

Guillaume was nice and very responsive. Stayed in the apartment for a month and there was no other apartment at a more affordable price in Toulouse. A very handy location with a direct access to the bypass and free parking. The apartment would benefit from better and more pleasant lighting and a more detailed clean. Overall, great for short and cost-effective stays!

Un appartement vraiment très bien placé pour visiter Toulouse dans une résidence bien sécurisée et récente ! Les instructions pour départs et arrivées autonomes sont très claires, l’appartement est vraiment chouette et très fonctionnel, et vraiment très propre ! L’emplacement en sous sol pour la voiture est vraiment un plus !
