Life rhythm simple living close to nature!

The life rhythm in the cottage is basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly created food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There's a wood stove.

Relax in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and other outdoor sports. In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (their bed within walking distance), and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and beautiful outdoor terrace. The stay is for 1-4 people and does not include breakfast. Beautiful holiday home with large bedroom and kitchen with cooking facilities and extractor hood. Furthermore, it has a refrigerator with freezer and oven/microwave. The attractive living room with country style has a 2 x 2 seater sofa and dining table for 4 people. The living room has a wood stove that can be used (wooden bags available for €6.00 p/st). The house is of course equipped with internet and TV. There is a lockable bicycle shed with power connection ( charging e-Bike)

You will stay in a cozy guest house with a bathroom and kitchenette including refrigerator and induction hobs. The silence and the lovely bed will help you start a new day rested. You may use our large natural garden behind the house. It's lovely to sit by the pond with the storks in the background.

From your bed you can look out the garden or into the forest.

Chateau Weiland is a lovely bright cottage with its own entrance plus views of the greenery. A good bed and nice shower. Equipped with every comfort, such as well-functioning internet (fiber optic) , an air conditioning,and a kitchenette. With nice weather you throw the doors open to the terrace and you can enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds in the garden.
