Valerie is charming and welcoming. The house matches the description well and we had a great time there Christmas with the family. A beautiful energy welcomes us. 2 areas for improvement in our opinion: - Household appliances and kitchen accessories - in low temperatures, the heating of the ground floor might not be enough

Very comfortable and bright house suitable for 2 families where everyone has their own space. Super equipped kitchen, very spacious living room with dining area and seating area: 3 sofas and 2 armchairs with 55-inch TV. Garden with green lawn, large outdoor dining table, and comfortable sun loungers. The house is located in a very quiet small village with basic amenities 5 min walking distance. Magnificent beaches nearby and starting points for numerous hikes. A vacation to remember.

We are a family with 3 children between 12-5 pm enjoyed very much. We have been a week in this house. We appreciated that it was walking distance to most things , only 5 minutes to walk to the beach, 15 to the community with shops and restaurants. Nice market on Tuesdays and Fridays in Jullouville. Nice boardwalk. Sylvie and Andre were friendly and helpful to get us and enjoy ourselves.

Beautiful, warm and clean house. We were a group of 13 people, everyone was comfortable, well settled. Large and pretty garden. Easy access and easy communication with host. A great stay, I recommend.

We had a great time at this villa. The house is superb, spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything is perfectly maintained. The amenities are of high quality, the rooms are very nice and the whole breathes a real attention to detail. The location is ideal: there are many activities to discover. The calm of the place allows you to fully enjoy the house and its exterior. The host was particularly welcoming, available and caring, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were delighted with the quality of the welcome and communication throughout the stay. We came as a family for a weekend and everyone was won over. The house is also perfect for a stay with friends: the common spaces, the conviviality of the place and the amenities really lend themselves very well. We will be back without hesitation for an upcoming weekend with friends.

We were greeted by the owner of the house. She was very welcoming and explained how the house works. The house is perfectly well equipped and furnished. The sea views are fantastic. The house is perfectly organized to accommodate up to 8 guests. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time at Christophe and Vanessa's place as part of a family reunion for our mother's birthday. Spacious, well-equipped, ultra peaceful environment, children's safe exteriors. I recommend without any worries

A really unique and intriguing residence. Generously proportioned. Lovely high ceilings and features. Views of the English Channel. Superb location on the promenade at lion sur mer. Swimming pool makes it. A great location for a large family or two families. If you are looking for a base for exploring the D Day beaches and Normandie, this is it. Great spot.

Gite that matches photos very clean , large , spacious , impeccable bedding with a dressing room in each room between billiards , foosball , basketball basket,pool , lots of kids toys. everything was perfect

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice and spacious house allowing you to stay with extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout times. Samuel had some nice touches for Christmas, which particularly touched us. To be repeated during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor facilities!

Hello, here are our findings; - The host was extremely friendly, the instructions for e.g. the pool were clear and she had given tips for nearby sightseeing. In addition, there was also a bundle with nearby shops/bakeries, information about the garage, ... Great! - The house was clean, just like the linen and towels. The bathrooms were tip top in order and provided, just like the kitchen; we had everything we needed! - The pool was very nice to have during the warmer days. We did have the impression that it was not (very) heated as described, but for us this was not an issue; - The many outdoor seating options as well as in the porch are a real plus; - The house has some lower beams hanging, as well as a lower passageway living-kitchen, which was paying attention to our larger friends; - Central location between Mt. St.-Michel and Pointe du Hoc (each 1h drive). Beach and Route Submersible very nice and easily accessible with the equipped bikes!

We love our stay here. We are family of 5 and the cottage is just the perfect space for us. Lise is very responsive and helpful and the breakfast, especially the pound cake is delicious. It’s a very peaceful and rejuvenating place. Highly recommended.

Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

Had a wonderful holiday. The stay was as described. Plenty of space in the house. Garden was well private. Distances were shown correctly. Historic places closest and also the beaches are easy to ride. Had a wonderful time with our 3 teenagers.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and well set up for a family. It’s a well thought out space, with access from outside straight into a bathroom meaning pool access was easy! Our kids loved coming back from days out and being able to get in the pool. Laetitia and her son were really helpful before and during our stay. I would highly recommend.

6 of us stayed at Virginie's house, 3 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all and we enjoyed just under two weeks there. The house is modern and very well thought out with modern furnishings and decor. All the amenities you may need are available. The garden is mostly decked with a lovely swimming pool which we all enjoyed. Upon arrival we were met by Virginie and her husband who welcomed us warmly and showed us how everything worked as well as giving us hints and tips for things to do in the local area. Just a short walk away is the beach and the small town with many small shops, bakeries, cafes and a casino. The beach is sandy and great for kids and adults alike. In the surrounding area you are only a short drive away from many activities, zoos, aquariums, theme parks etc. as well as Mont Sant-Michel. In short, a great place to stay in a location with plenty to do.
