The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We had a great experience at Arriane’s place! It’s nice, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for intimate gatherings or small events. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed Emman’s place. The place was great and very spacious with lots of activities to do with the family and kids. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice bonus including the billiards and air hockey. The environment was peaceful and quiet with lots of greenery around. Emman was super responsive during the entire process from the moment i was inquiring about the accommodation through to checkout. The caretaker was also very helpful during our stay and very polite. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! My family and i had a very pleasant stay at Juli’s place. It was clean, well equipped, secured and as beautiful as the photos. Communication with Juli was very easy. The caretaker, Daisy, was very helpful theoughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the board games and the projector. Highly recommend this place when visiting Angeles.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

Super nice ng experience namin. From pre-booking pa lang very responsive si Ms. Aileen. She provided detailed information and what to expect. The listing is very spacious, clean, and relaxing. Super accommodating ni Ate Rose. May pa free chips and coffee pa si Host. Nag dala pa kami ng mga essentials for cooking kasi sanay kami dun pero the listing has everything. Yung lulutuin lang talaga need mo. Kumpleto sa kitchen, malinis yung mga rooms, super lamig ng AC, yung GenZ naaaliw din sa Billiards and goods si WiFi kahit nasa loob ng kwarto. Enjoy yung buong family and we really appreciate na kahit medyo late na kami naq message kay Host para humingi ng extra blanket super bilis ng response. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LISTING.

It was the right property for my firm’s team building this year! We appreciate the privacy and spacious garden that was perfect for our team activities. The house has the amenities and furniture that was right for the size of our team to enjoy and relax. The host, Stephen and their caretaker, Aloy did took care of our needs and requests with immediate care and attention. The place is recommendable if you are looking for a quick getaway from the metro. My friends and I really enjoyed our staycation since the place is very cozy and relaxing to stay in. The house is airconditioned the whole time and most of the basic necessities we need are already provided. There are also nearby (5 to 15 mins drive) supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants in case you need to buy something else. Parking space is just in front of the property and big enough to accomodate big groups. In addition, we did not have any problem when it comes to noisy neighbors. We also liked the caretaker's warm welcome to us who is very friendly and accomodating to our questions and needs. Lastly, the place is very easy to locate when getting there.

We had a great time at Andrea's place. The host was responsive and gave us a list of restaurants nearby. They also allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Ate Rita, the caretaker was awesome and was able to fulfill all of our needs and requests.

Responsive and Accommodating

This is our second time staying at Eden’s place, and once again, it was excellent! The location is super convenient, just minutes from the mall and fast food spots. Eden is also incredibly accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet, which is a big plus for me. Whenever I’m in Malolos, this will always be my go-to. Definitely worth it, highly recommended, 1000000%! 💯

The place is so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at Dobbie House hosted by Regina, she is a great host. She provided us free bottled water and toiletries. Great place to stay. Regie and Rina are very responsive. Highly recommended.

Nice cozy peaceful stay, the host was always available and responded to any questions I had. Comfortable bed, good wifi, nice looking swimming pool although i didn’t get a chance to use the pool. I would definitely stay again

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first, if not better! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. All the Host is always so welcoming and responsive specially miss Bianca, which makes the whole experience seamless. It really felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to coming back again!
