In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Your holiday home in the Swabian Alb is located in the former farmhouse "Lerchenhof-Balingen", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually in a quiet location in Erzingen, which is part of Balingen, and has very good access to the B27.
