From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

After a 5-minute walk you are in the center of our district town. When jogging to Heuberg, you leave the last houses of Balingen behind after just 2 minutes of walking. Separate bedroom for 3 people. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually in a quiet location in Erzingen, which is part of Balingen, and has very good access to the B27.
