Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Balestrate

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

There were three of us in Sofia's place and we spent a few very nice days there. Had I known how beautiful this place is, we would definitely have booked more days. I think the place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It is super modern, new and also from the cleanliness everything was in perfect order. Sofia decorated everything with love, it felt like a real home. The location offers a very nice view. The area is very quiet and somewhat hidden. For the accommodation, I would urgently recommend a rental car. The communication with Sofia was impeccable, she was always available and always super friendly. We got some local tips from her. Would definitely return. Sofia is a super host.

Wonderful experience and wonderful hosts. The villa is located in a quiet location, easily accessible especially thanks to the directions of the owners. We had the opportunity to receive friends and relatives in a well-kept, pleasant environment equipped with every kind of comfort. The villa deserves respect and care from guests, but this is easy to understand from the first moment of your stay because you can immediately see how much effort the owners put into keeping it in order and in perfect condition. We took full advantage of the pool, which gave our holiday that extra something. The garden and the porch are spacious and enjoyable. Thank you Ilenia and thank you Elio. We'll be back!

Francesco has a great place to stay in a perfect location for trips into nature or just to enjoy the day on the beautiful terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, even with dishwasher. This was very convenient for us because we cook a lot ourselves. We stayed there with our 5 month old daughter. It was perfect for them too. A crib and a high chair were provided. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit Sicily. It was very relaxing!

We had a great stay! The house is located in a super nice area, we slept well and enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The salt water was just not so comfortable and didn't really give a clean feeling to shower with. Furthermore, everything was to your liking and we would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time in Daniela‘s place! The house is beautiful, has a great view and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere in the house you will find beautiful decoration which gives it a nice personal touch. We immediately felt at home. Daniela was super responsive at all times, helpful and incredibly nice. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance, but it’s best to have a car to get around. Uber/taxi also works, it might be a bit more expensive however. I hope it wasn’t our last time at this beautiful and peaceful place 😊

Its a cozy place to relax and enjoy. it is highly recommenden to have a car otherwise you cant reach anything closed by. The description and pictures are as shown. We loved it and would book it defenitly again

Spacious, bright and functional house!! The view of the gulf from the house is beautiful. The pool is nearby, our teens were able to get there on their own. Alessandro, gave us great tips to optimize our stay. The area allows many tourist activities! I recommend it

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Giacomo and Antonella are the perfect hosts, received us and showed us their house, and were always very kind and responsive. Everything is brand new and with great taste. Spacious and clean apartment with nice sea and mountain views. In October very quiet there. The hosts were super guest friendly and gave many tips. Close to the nice town of Castellamare del Golfo with a harbor (if you are early fresh fish directly on the quay) and many restaurants. Also nice beaches nearby. Palermo is an hour and Trapani and Erice is about half an hour. Also in Trapani here on the quay private sale of fish! Palermo is a crazy city with beautiful architecture. You must have visited! We had a wonderful week!

A little piece of heaven on the island! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We loved having the upstairs to rest and relax after a very busy vacation! Most places are within walking distance, and the downtown is a short jaunt away. The restaurants in Tripani are fantastic, the beaches are beautiful, and we love the pace of the city! Thank you so much for a beautiful place.

Pietro is a very helpful and kind person. The property is perfect for families, with a beautiful garden in which to dine and play. The area is very quiet but not far from services and the beach. Indoor parking is essential. We felt at home with every comfort. Highly recommended.

I stayed in Chiara's apartment with my wife and 2-year-old son and I must say that I was more than satisfied, apartment in excellent condition, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace is very spacious and for my son it was the best, secured by gates that isolate the area, he was able to move around freely (the foosball table was very welcome). Nice idea of the kitchen on the veranda and great barbecue for grilling. Strategic area to get around on the western Sicilian shore, 15 minutes from Trapani and just over from Marsala. Chiara and her husband are very nice and make you feel at home, Giuseppe and Vita, Chiara's in-laws who live on the ground floor, are 2 exceptional people, they did everything to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend Chiara's apartment and if I return to the area I will definitely book with her!!!
