A beautiful and comfortable home in stunning surroundings. We felt at home right away and truly enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a family vacation! From a baby cot, high chair, bathtub or even potty and beach toys, everything was there for our daughter. Despite bad weather, it was chubby warm in the house, and it was nice to sit in front of the fireplace in the rain. Very quiet area, yet harbor with restaurants and beach within walking distance. By the way, the whole usable apartment is at ground level (despite Trepoe in the living room, which however only leads to a locked area!) , perfect with children! In addition, we were skeptical as smoking was officially allowed, but we didn't smell anything at all! All good thank you so much!!

The finca is super beautiful. The hosts are warm, easily accessible and have an open ear. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would come back immediately. However, my friend drove the big rental car (Opel Combo) the way to the finca. The road is not for the faint of heart. With a normal car (no station wagon or SUV) it should be quite easy. Everything is feasible, just slow and attentive. Arta is a 20-minute walk away. The small shops invite you to stroll around and there are 46 restaurants to try out. We felt comfortable in the house and in the immediate quiet surroundings of the house from the first moment. There are several wonderful seating options in the garden and on the roof terrace. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen that is necessary for daily use. Vanessa was in no time for our possibly. Questions available. We three women thoroughly enjoyed the week-long stay. Schedule the next stay there on site.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Pool is nice for small kids. Has everything you need. The only thing to improve would be BBQ place. Overall would definitely recommend.

A fantastic location, very close to the restaurants of Cala D’Or and the beach. Its also a short walk to the Marina, with a couple of large supermarkets close by. The staff who look after the villa and clean it do a great job and were lovely and friendly. The pool is great and it was wonderful to come back to an air conditioned place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well equipped. A very well managed property, thank you Jesus.

We had a lovely four day stay, and it was perfect launch pad for our cycling trip in Mallorca. I'd very much recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful finca in Pollença was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house is full of charm, incredibly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The peaceful location, surrounded by nature and with breathtaking views of the mountains, made it the perfect escape from everyday life. We especially loved the outdoor area – the pool, the garden, and the cozy terrace were ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The finca is also perfectly located – close to the town of Pollença, with its lovely cafés, restaurants, and local markets, yet secluded enough to feel completely private. Special thanks to Cosme: He was truly exceptional – incredibly welcoming, attentive, and full of great tips for local restaurants (via Message here on aibnb). You can really feel how much care and love has gone into maintaining this property. It felt like a home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended - 10/10!

This house is located on a quiet street very close to restaurants, cafes and the beach! They have a great selection of bicycles which made exploring Palma very easy. It was about a 15 mins ride on easy pathways to the old city. Margalida was very helpful, checked in on us to make sure we were ok and offered great recommendations. The house, pool, and all the amenities were fantastic. I would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay at David's house! We were a group of six people and we all fit in perfectly, with more than enough space to be comfortable. The house was impeccable, very well maintained, and had everything you need to enjoy some unforgettable days. In addition, David was an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely repeat and recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-managed place. A 10-star experience!

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!

We had a family vacation. We loved it. It turned out so our flight was delayed, but the hosts waited for us even though we arrived quite late. The place was clean and prepared for us and the hosts are nice and genuine people. It is also worth noting the presence of a smart cat, which added to our experience at home even more. Recommended.

Nice and cosy home very close to the beach

We had a very nice stay. The house is spacious. You can always find a great place outside and the area is pleasantly quiet. Nevertheless, you can easily walk to the city and to the beach. We will be happy to come back here.
