Giant house, Clean , great location, close parking. The house is a bit ancient but it give's a special feeling. Thank you david , We had a great time!

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

Everything was amazing in this villa, good view and good location, just need little bit care of the cleaning and we we’re looking for cleaning tools we didn’t find any, No garbage bag, No soap to clean, No broom. I think all of that’s comments above Tinatin will solve in future and I recommend any one thinking about visiting Bakuriani rent this villa.

Maia's house was perfect for us. It is close to ski areas. There is a bus stop to Didveli gondola a few minutes walk away. Driving is also easy. The best part is that there is hill for sledding just across the street. The house is kept warm. The beds are good enough for us. We would certainly recommend the place to our friends.

the place was great, had an amazing experience for my holidays. very easy to access and check-in. the house was very clean and cozzy with greay forest view from balcony. there was everything you needed, full kitchen with every amenities and washing machine too. the location was perfect, ski in and ski out, there is Kokhta rooeway in less than two minutes to walk. for evening you can get a good dinner in the Kokhta rooms hotel which is next to this building. Tatia is super responsive and comunicative host, it was easy to comunicate with her, had a good experience and strongly recoment Tatia's appartment

It was a great place for staying, location is perfect, everything is nearby . Apartment is very nice with all the equipments you need to have for staying there. Highly recommended.

We are a family with two small children and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The building is located in a cozy Crystal area, quiet and remote from the main movement and noise. At the same time, everything you needed was within walking distance. The location is really right on the slope and you can see it even from the window. For children, there is a huge amount of leisure and you can easily walk to everything. The store is generally right in the same house. The apartment is competently furnished, there was enough space for everyone. Sleeping places are comfortable, everything is clean. We warned about the bed linen, there was no problem for us to bring an extra bag with linen in the car) The view is fabulous, to the mountains and chalet next door. We were during the New Year's holidays, so it was crowded and noisy accordingly. But not critical, we slept well. The apartment is very warm, the windows are made for ventilation mode. There were a lot of dishes, only a microwave was missing) Perhaps because of the holidays, but there were big problems with ice throughout the resort and parking spaces near the building. We are satisfied, thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Area Park. Petre is an awesome host, always available to answer any questions and very welcoming. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk to Amirani Park, Ski routes, pharmacies and the nearest market. There are also great cafes nearby and Joyland for kids to have lots of fun. Check-in and check-out were smooth and we had no issues at all. Overall a 10/10 experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

A wonderful apartment with a great location just a few minutes from the ski lift. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, the amenities are thought out to the smallest detail. Very clean, bright and cozy. A special pleasure is the stunning view of the mountains from the balcony and windows, which makes the holiday even more enjoyable. The hosts are attentive and friendly, always ready to help. Only positive impressions remained, we will gladly stay here again!

The location is perfect. There is a drag lift right behind the house. In front of the house you can take a path and ski to the ski slope of "Crystal". There is another drag lift and a gondola there. Besides, the biggest ski slope "Didveli" is very close, by car it takes about 5 minutes. Since the house borders on the forest, it is very pleasantly quiet and you always breathe fresh air. Parking in front of the house is usually not a problem. There is also a parking place behind the house. The apartment offers you everything you need in everyday life. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. There is also a washing machine. Tia is a nice hostess.

We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

The apartment is small and clean, with bed linen, towels, and even disposable toothbrushes provided. There are three radiators, which were very hot, but despite that, the apartment stayed cool at -19°C outside. If you’re traveling in cold weather, bring house slippers for extra comfort! Otherwise, everything was great. The host was very accommodating, allowed us a late checkout, and was always responsive. There is a very tasty Georgian restaurant in the neighboring building, which is just below two minutes away.

Really great apartment placed in Didveli, between Crystal and Didveli sky resort (few minutes). Very clean, designed, full equipped (with all essentials for cooking and long stay included winter stay). Amazing view from the apartment ! Small supermarket ,restaurant, children playground and attractions within walking distance. The owners very communicative and helpful. We had a great winter vacation, recommended !

In a neat place, is in close proximity to a ski resort . The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, very clean . The owner of the property gave a quick response, even in the evening hours and the problems that were quickly addressed. Highly recommend

I've stayed here for the whole season. What can I say.. this apt worth the price in full! Ana was super helpful and responsive, my inquires were solved very fast. Reception host (it is an apart-hotel) was also very friendly and helpfull, she speaks English well enough. It may seem that location is remote, but it is wrong: it's only 15 mins on foot to the city center. Big Nikora supermarket is just 2 minutes away and you can buy everything you need there. Buses to the slopes started to run 2 weeks after the start of the season, the bus stop is right near Nikora. They pads by every 30 mins, you can get both to Didveli and Kohta fast. Apartment was equipped with everything I've ever needed. If something was wrong, i could always contact reception and they will solve it fast. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful, though you need to note, that this is the Family apart hotel and there are a lot of families with kids during the winter holidays. Overall the price/qual is best in Bakuriani

Great apartment in the B1 Kohta building - with 1-2 minutes walking distance directly from the room (by lift) to the Kohta Ski lifts. Private parking, great heated room - really recommend !!!

We went to Bakuriani and went skiing, very nice, cute 1 + 1 house in a good location, you can get to the center in 10 minutes by car, cozy house
