Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bakuriani

The big apartment .very good location. near to everything. Konstantine is a very responsible and hospitable person. We liked the stay very much and recommend it to everyone especially to family with kids.

I didn’t spend the night because no activities at April But it’s ok

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Bakuriani or near Borjomi. We arrived late and could check in comfortably. Everything was clean and waiting for us. The fireplace was really cosy. Strongly recommend it! Also in terms of Bakuriani, you can find everything you need - supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, etc. Very nice village in the mountains.

Прекрасное, красивое место со всеми удобствами. Дом буквально стоит на горной речке, тут очень живописно. Буквально в нескольких секундах ходьбы от дома сразу попадаешь в туристическую движуху с магазинами, кафе и т. п. В минуте ходьбы центральный парк, фуникулер на гору и т. п. Сам дом большой, в нем 3 спальни довольно большие и кухня гостинная. У каждой спальни свой туалет и душ. Плюс есть место чтобы посидеть на улице с большим столом, качелей и диваном. Также прямо у реки есть еще место с беседкой, мангалом, детской качелей и гамаком. В общем места полно. Хозяйка Марине отзывчивая и доброжелательная, все рассказала и показала, также предоставила место для авто. очень рекомендую.

The apartment is set in a peaceful location, surrounded by stunning views. It’s beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The small garden area beside the apartment, complete with a hammock and benches, offers a perfect spot to unwind and relax

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

Cozy house and responsive, helpful host.

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.

Great place, been before to another apartment and hotel rooms, best in Bakuriani, great location The host has some things to improve and they noted them all, hopefully

It was a great place for staying, location is perfect, everything is nearby . Apartment is very nice with all the equipments you need to have for staying there. Highly recommended.

الشقة كانت ممتازة ومريحة جدًا، فيها غرفة وصالة ومطبخ مرتب وكل اللي نحتاجه. الإطلالة جميلة والموقع قريب من كل شيء في برجومي. والأهم من كل هذا، Gari كان إنسان راقي ولطيف جدًا، ساعدني كثير وكان دائمًا متعاون. تجربة رائعة وأنصح بالشقة بكل ثقة

The place is very nice. It’s on the quiet side of the streets, you can hear only birds singing outside. The apartment has literally everything you might need - even the plastic cups for Borjomi water. Very well thought of. And the owner was responsive and nice

It's a really great apartment. It's so cozy and light, and just gorgeous! The hosts are kind and responsible. The apartment has a warm and artistic ambiance. Its location is also very convenient. There is also a well-tuned piano 🎹

Жили неделю, всё понравилось. Теплая квартира, есть балкончик. Внизу у дома есть парковка, склон минут 5 пешком, по пути каток и магазин в соседнем доме (30 метро наверное). Однозначно стоит своих денег.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ana’s Bakuriani apartment near Amirani Park. The apartment is cosy, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect – just a short walk to Amirani Park and close to the main attractions of Bakuriani. Ana was an exceptional host. She was always responsive, friendly, and happy to provide local recommendations. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views added to the apartment's charm, making it an ideal retreat after a day of skiing. Highly recommend staying at Ana's place for anyone visiting Bakuriani!

We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

The apartment is small and clean, with bed linen, towels, and even disposable toothbrushes provided. There are three radiators, which were very hot, but despite that, the apartment stayed cool at -19°C outside. If you’re traveling in cold weather, bring house slippers for extra comfort! Otherwise, everything was great. The host was very accommodating, allowed us a late checkout, and was always responsive. There is a very tasty Georgian restaurant in the neighboring building, which is just below two minutes away.

Большое спасибо хозяйке за отзывчивость и прием. При заселении нас встретили. Квартира нас порадовала на сто процентов - раздельные спальни, просторное пространство кухни-гостиной, веранда и двор, в котором мы могли жарить мясо. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые, в доме тепло и тихо. Стиральная машина есть на полуподвальном этаже, сушилка в ванной. Отличные виды и лучшие горнолыжные трассы (Didveli, Crystal) рядом. В пешей доступности есть и магазин, и прокат, но если нужно что-то специфическое, то уже лучше ехать на машине. Прекрасно отдохнули и провели время в доме и Бакуриани в целом. Вернемся еще…

Really great apartment placed in Didveli, between Crystal and Didveli sky resort (few minutes). Very clean, designed, full equipped (with all essentials for cooking and long stay included winter stay). Amazing view from the apartment ! Small supermarket ,restaurant, children playground and attractions within walking distance. The owners very communicative and helpful. We had a great winter vacation, recommended !

Плюсы: + Большая квадратура (не студия 20 кв.м). + Теплая. Зимой ходили в футболке. + Приветливый консъерж. + Можно с котом. + Низкий прайс. Минусы: Ремонт подуставший и что-то уже подушаталось. Ко многому требуется приложть руки. Главное, что вызывало неудобства: - Выключатель света в санузел не срабатывает с первого раза. Ему требуется прям усиленное нажатие. - Душевой поддон не герметичен на стыке со стеной, из-за этого вода просачивается на пол. - Также душевой поддон не выставлен по уровню, вода полностью не уходит в слив, поэтому в поддоне все-время стоит лужа. - У душевой кабинки нет одной стеклянной перегородки. Ввидимо, недавно разбилась, т.к. на полу в квартире кот находил и гонял осколки. - Умывальник расколот. И из-под его ножки также протекает вода на пол. - Кровать скрипучая. Ночью при переворачивании просыпаешься сам и будишь того, кто рядом.

Great apartment in the B1 Kohta building - with 1-2 minutes walking distance directly from the room (by lift) to the Kohta Ski lifts. Private parking, great heated room - really recommend !!!
