Holiday rentals with a sauna in Bakırköy

I thank ATA. I am from Saudi Arabia and I lived in this beautiful and spacious apartment. It was at a very reasonable price. There is free parking and there is a reception in the same building and security

We felt very comfortable.☺️ The large apartment was very nicely decorated, with comfortable furniture and a large bathroom. The central location allowed us to make perfect use of our stay in Istanbul. Adam our host was very understanding, eager and kind, we felt very welcome. Cem was a great host and helped us with anything we needed at any time. The house is good but needs a few repairs. It is walkable to Taksim square. Good restaurants nearby.

The house was in a great location,everything was very tidy and clean. Mr. Hazan was extremely caring and quick to answer our questions. Our only small problem was that we wanted slippers to avoid shoes in the house, but he did not come. We had no problems other than that. It was a very pleasant stay for us.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location and was close to everything we needed. Thanks to the wonderful hosts and the helpful building guard. We’d happily stay here again

I stayed at the property with my 3 young boys and with my dear wife for about a week. We truly enjoyed it. Emre is a lovely and an experienced host. He is super responsive and embodies Turkish hospitality in what he does. He provided not only practical instructions but also made us feel home. It's not news that they house has beautiful view but also has all the appliances a family needs. Highly recommended.

I was in Istanbul for a week it all worked out we were very satisfied. In any case, it was much better than a hotel.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb—it felt just like home! Bright, cozy, and perfectly located within walking distance to Istiklal and Taksim Square. The pool and sauna were the cherry on top. It was just perfect for me as a solo traveler!

Mr. Fatih was extremely helpful in transportation and accommodation. My entry to the apartment was very comfortable and smooth. The house was clean and had a wonderful view as seen in the pictures. Thank you for your hospitality. It will be one of my first choices for my future stays.

I had to move out from a property as soon as possible and Adam was very quick in replying and helping me move into the property. The property is very security based and private and the house was lovely. Will go back on my next visit.

Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were a few shortcomings in the house that were promptly addressed by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb that leads from the apartment to Piazza taksim for those with serious mobility difficulties can be uncomfortable, so just pay attention to this. Elevators, water and electricity always working perfectly. The apartment is on the border between the new area of taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problem as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. Some noise from the street (istanbul, in general is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., it will always help you 360°.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The accommodation is beautiful and very close to the metro station, and the host is responsive and responds to inquiries quickly Note: I don't expect it to suit Gulf families, and the rest is everything 👍

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!
