It was advantageous to be close to the metrobus, there were places where we could eat at an affordable price next to the house. The house was also generally clean and tidy.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Absolutely loved my stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished! The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to it every morning was unforgettable. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. My host gave me a ride to the airport making it much more convenient. Five stars all the way!

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

The apartment was spotless and quiet, with beautiful views from the terrace. The location is perfect for exploring Cihangir and beyond. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Everything was perfect; I would gladly come back!

The place is better than the pictures! Really nice design and attention to detail. The location is perfect, you couldn’t ask for better, the Cihangir neighbourhood has some great restaurants and you’re just off Taksim square and the Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again any time!!
