Great fishing hunting and relaxation. 125 acre waterfront ranch. Lots of recreational opportunities. We have a boat launch on the property. We are a working ranch We have ducks, chickens, goats, cats, dogs, cows, pigs, horses and donkeys that all love to be pet. If you wanna join in feeding the animals we would be glad to let you help. Blue Hazel Haven, Walkable to everything!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The best thing about this house, other than the renovation, is its location. It is just blocks from downtown. Most events that go on are just a short walk away. You can virtually walk to 80% of restaurants and bars, the movie theater, library, churches, and The Geiser Pollman park; which is a block away, the river walk is across the street, so is pizza.
