apartment on the outskirts of Jerez, very well maintained and stylishly furnished. Excellent internal cleanliness. Very convenient private indoor parking. Air conditioning in all rooms (essential given the heat in the city), kitchen with all the accessories (dishwasher, microwave and traditional ovens, washing machine etc.) large and well-kept condominium pool, presence of the lifeguard during opening hours. Convenient location for reaching the city center and at the same time for a trip to the sea which can be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes.

We would definitely come back. All the amenities, breathtaking views, everything in perfect condition, practically above Rota beach and close to downtown. The owner is quick and attentive communication.

The stay was very pleasant. The apartment looks like the photos and has all the amenities you need. The property is very nice and well maintained. There are many free-range chickens and you are in the middle of the countryside, yet well located to get from there to the beautiful beaches and towns. Miguel is very attentive and has made the stay even more pleasant. Absolutely recommended. I would come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Viveca and Hendrik’s house, which is centrally located right on one of the main squares in town (Plaza Espana), with great bars, restaurants, and supermarkets just steps away. Despite its central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, making for a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth, and Viveca and Henrik made everything easy from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a family of five plus grandparents. It even had the basics coffee, milk, and other basics on arrival - a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome. Parking was not an issue, we found free parking a short walk from the house. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

We booked,at the last minute,and it was super quick,helpful and friendly,giving us flexibility,with departure time. The apartment,great, very close to the drinking area and everything, you have to see,in Sanlúcar. Totally advisable,we went as a family and my children and my wife enchanted. Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

We felt very comfortable in the cabin and also enjoyed the garden! Ana and her husband helped us with anything we needed!

In our 10-day stay we have enjoyed the tranquility and comfort of the accommodation and its golf course views. We stayed with 4 adults and a child almost 2 years old. The house is just as described and seen in the photos. Nuria and Laura have been very attentive and have helped and advised us in everything.

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

Absolutely wonderful! A quiet, spacious home with a nicely stocked kitchen. A great location for regional touring and hiking. Nice large bathrooms, big towels!!! We’re not golfers, but the course looked beautiful. Easy place to access and close to the nearby villages for enjoyable day trips. Made us never want to leave Arcos de la Frontera.

The stay in the apartment was very successful. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped-we didn't miss anything while cooking. Very comfortable beds. We had a very positive impression on the whole – we'd love to come back!

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

Eva recommends has been a very good host. She provided both check-in and outbound and gave us very good recommendations from Jerez. The apartment was very clean and in a great area. Definitely the next time we go to Jerez we will repeat!

We stayed 2 months in winter. The apartment and its surroundings are very pleasant and we would recommend it to anyone wanting an excellent vacation.

Good accommodation, easy access to a magnificent beach, easy access to the roads and a very quiet, beautiful residential complex, ample parking in the enclosed area. In short, we really liked it. We'd like to come back some day. Thank you.
