Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bajo Guadalquivir

Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

We particularly liked that Almudena personally welcomed us despite the late arrival (9:30 pm). After a short briefing, we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is very cozy and very lovingly furnished. Kitchen and bathroom were perfectly equipped. The patio and terrace with seating area, hammock and lots of plants are beautiful and invite you to linger. We enjoyed having breakfast there and the cool evening hours. The house is located in the middle of the old town, a small supermarket is diagonally opposite. Sometimes you can hear cars driving past the house through the narrow alley. For us, Almudena's house was a perfect starting point for various hikes and city trips to Cádiz, Seville, Jerez, Córdoba, etc. We highly recommend the place!

Owning a property ourselves in the area, which we have a long term let on, we know the area very well, so our expectations were met. The house was spotless, very well laid out, and had ample accommodation for our family party of five. It's location of La Noria is about a 15-minute walk into the centre of Vejer. All in all, we were very happy and would book this house again! Five Stars!

We had a wonderful week in Marta’s apartment. It is located in the heart of Vejer old town with amazing views from the fantastically well equipped terrace which had a space for every activity and weather condition. The patio downstairs was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped with staples such as oils, vinegar and spices so we could easily knock up a salad dressing. The bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower with both a rain shower and power shower head and Marta provided lots of towels for every occasion - big fluffy ones for the bathroom, yellow ones that matched the terrace and big beach ‘rugs’ and the bedding was good quality. For a compact and bijou space it is amazingly well thought out and equipped and we were missing nothing. As a host Marta was exceptional - she provided tons of information about places to visit and cultural events. Thank you Marta, we had a wonderful time and you were an excellent cultural ambassador

For those who have doubts about the Chiclana area and the price - amenities - tranquility, don't hesitate... ANY of the available apartments that Ismael has Exquisite service, recommendations of the area and always attentive to everything and fast Very good pool, medium-large size, waterfall, lights at night in it... separate jacuzzi, very comfortable bed mattress and nobody bothers you in this quiet area of Chiclana Greetings to Ismael and if we return to that area we will see each other again :)

The house, the swimming pool, the more than complete kitchen and the location exceeded expectations. Despite not being the cheapest location in Andalusia, this was more than worth it. Walking to the beach or a restaurant around the corner, but also the important places were at a relatively short distance: Cádiz as a special city with its own Gulf of Cádiz Jerez de la Frontera with its sherry, horses and, if you're lucky, the feria de Jerez But also Tarifa, the place to be, if you are a water sports enthusiast with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Everything at your fingertips. Communicating with Aafke was very pleasant and friendly. Lots of tips and always answers to questions we had. In short: fantastic! I would recommend this place, this house to everyone. We were with four adults but children will also have a good time here!

Lovely, well decorated and well stocked home. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Home in great condition in a lovely neighborhood. Having a travel crib and high chair were very helpful! Fantastic restaurant and playground short walk down the street. Great place to stay for families.

What a perfect apt in every way!!! Highly recommend 👌 The kitchen has everything to cook & enjoy food from the market. The Antonio restaraunt right around the corner is a must try!! The apt is so comfortable, it's light and breezy with great views! Can't say enough good about the apt.... We had rented car and always found parking right outside the door! Hope to be back again one day🙏

We stayed at Macarena's apartment for a weekend in Puerto Sherry. The apartment is very nice, bright and cozy. We found it perfectly clean. It is very well equipped with all the essentials. The terrace is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the harbor. Keep in mind that it is on the first floor without an elevator and that to go to the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom, which can be uncomfortable depending on who is staying there. Otherwise, the apartment is very good. Its location is unbeatable as it is one minute from the port with all kinds of amenities, and less than a 10-minute walk from the beach of the wall. There are many bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away, but there is no noise in the apartment. Communication with Macarena was very easy and smooth. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which was very good for us. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Puerto Sherry. Thank you very much for everything!

Beautifully designed apartment in excellent location. The only suggestion we would have would be to have a mirror somewhere else other than the bathroom as it was a little hard to get ready. But absolutely loved the apartment. It’s stunningly decorated with incredibly high ceilings.

A very nice well-kept accommodation with great outdoor area, large terrace and pool. Very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is nicely furnished and has everything you need. Very friendly and helpful hostess. We would mist definitely visit again.

The apartment was perfect and the days we stayed were very comfortable. We definitely would repeat. The only thing that is not very central, but you are a short drive away from everything, and for what we were looking for that was quiet was perfect.

We had a great time staying at Yolanda’s. The rooftop is beautiful at anytime, but especially dawn. Communications were always prompt and helpful. The location was central to the attractions but you will definitely need to catch a taxi/bus up if you have bags 🤣.

My time on Marisma Spirit was just a treat. I stayed with Sarah and Jens for 13 days and felt thoroughly comfortable. It was great to have my little finca all to me and really be able to immerse myself in my own rhythm. There was everything I needed, best kitchen equipment, coffee, oil & spices, as well as plenty of soap & firewood - on the cooler evenings the fireplace spread warmth & coziness. Mosquitoes exist, but just as well suited mosquito screens and many hours of sunshine that I could simply lie on the terrace without being stung. The whole place and surroundings are beautiful, there are plenty of animals to discover and hear (wonderful to fall asleep to a frog concert). I was able to take long hikes and also just drive to the beach by car (first about 10 minutes sandy road, slowly driving even for the chic rental car no problem). Thank you for everything Jens and Sarah and we look forward to seeing you again!

Excellent, responsive and helpful host. Delightful house with large exquisite botanical garden. 15 minutes from local town with good restaurants and large supermarkets. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic stay in a beautiful home, in a beautiful location. Comms from Michele were great, Veronica was there to greet us and show us around. The views from the living room, bedrooms and roof terrace were simply stunning. If you're planning to stay in the area, this place is highly recommended - it will leave you with wonderful memories. A proper luxury experience!
