I have traveled to many cities, I have stayed in many hotels and inns; I have seen and felt that it is genuine attention but I have never bought attention as warm as that of Candida and Diago. I was amazed by the simple and beautiful decoration, and by how clean and tidy all the spaces were. I think Diago (the multifaceted manager) is a magician, he has a gift that God has given him and he has used that gift to serve the guests. If I ever go back to Espinho I will not hesitate to stay in this charming place. I loved every second I was here. Thank you for all the attention...

Very beautiful space and architecture well integrated into the landscape. Be careful with the details and a very comfortable bed. All safety and disinfection equipment prepared and easy to access. The employees, Bruna and Isabel, very friendly and available, always attentive. Communication with Vânia also went very well and I appreciate your attention. Highly recommend!

Chris is probably THE BEST host out there. His house was very clean and tidy and close to everything. His breakfast is delicious and homemade. He is very outgoing and easy to talk to. We had great fun together. Thank you for the great stay!

Nelly and Gerard were wonderful hosts! Their place was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect for exploring both Aveiro and Costa Nova. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the garden and swimming pool. I would highly recommend staying here!

To be honest,it was like coming home. As we arrived they waited already waveing at us for picking up our luggage The area is very very good treated and with a lot of love. You can see on the first sight that a lot of effort was put in. Our room was very clean and nice. The bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get out. But for the outrageous breakfast it was worth it. The orange juice was made by oranges out of the garden and one time Marie made a panacotta by her own and it was delicious. You always have your space and even if they live also nearby you won’t recognize them, just when you need them. We had a really bad weather and Fabrice helped us out to get it cosy and warm. They were always reachable and helped us with a lot of tour tips and restaurants. If we will come back to Portugal we will for sure take some nights there again. Thanks to both of you

We had an excellent stay with Briony and Robyn’s. They were amazing to talk to and gave us lots of history on the place. They welcomed us and made us feel at home. They were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was a real nice touch and a wonderful start to our day! The location was very quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this place to everyone

Marta and Ikor's house is a small paradise in the middle of the country. The place is gorgeous, calm, invigorating, great for resting, relaxing, reading. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the whole house is well decorated and tidy. And around it, in the big backyard, there are nooks and crannies with tables and chairs, armchairs, hammock beds, under leafy trees and with a view of fields and mountains. But best of all is the friendliness, the zeal, the availability of hosts. They do everything to make us feel good, starting with the incredibly delicious breakfasts, and ending the warm evening conversations, passing the advice about river beaches and restaurants. A suma: a must-see spot, highly recommended.

This place is a gem - a renovated farm house with a garden filled with oranges, lemons, wisteria and lilies. Fabrice and Marie were wonderful hosts and the breakfasts were delicious. It’s a perfect place to rest away from the crowds and convenient for a day trip to Nazaré. There aren’t restaurants nearby but a fridge and microwave to bring one’s own food and wine. This is a place created with love, not just for tourism, and one can feel it.

Staying at Quinta Catrinandes is simply lovely. Helena has crafted a truly comfortable space for one person or a group. In addition to your room, you have access to several generous and well-appointed spaces downstairs, including a full kitchen and dining room, library, large living room, and sun porch. A fully-equipped yoga studio is in the adjacent building. The property is quiet and nicely maintained. Take note of the very special olive trees. Very comfortable mattress, impeccably clean rooms, delicious breakfast.

Jonah’s house is a wonderful place, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in every corner of the home. We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Wow we were totally blown away by Jonah and our stay at Vila Julieta. The space is so beautifully designed and decorated. Every room is immaculately clean and comfortable. We had an amazing breakfast spread put together by Jonah in the morning. We wish we had stayed at Vila Julieta and in Coimbra longer! Will hopefully be back!!

Our stay at Marie's place was lovely. The house is surprisingly beautiful and very unique. The small pool ended up being more than big enough. Perfect for a refreshing dip. Everything is very neatly maintained. But above all, the food was phenomenal. Breakfast is huge and everything, really everything is homemade from Marie. We also ate there for 3 evenings. The dinner was also delicious and super cozy. Marie is a very friendly hostess with whom you can have a nice chat. Would highly recommend!

Jonah and Sonia were wonderful hosts. Guesthouse was beautiful, clean and quiet. Great breakfast and accommodated an early breakfast for us one morning. Excellent restaurant recommendations as well. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
