GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Adjoining our house, we offer a 120 m2 cottage, very nice services (Spa Jacuzzi 5/6 seats, large screen), sleeping up to 8 people (2 160 beds, 2 90 beds and 2 futon mattresses 80x200). Entirely 1500 m2 of land. The big plus: A space of 40 m2, exclusively reserved for the tenants of the cottage, dedicated to well-being including a 5/6 pers SPA, a massage table at your disposal, with the possibility of having you massage at home by Nathalie.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

We offer part of a home that can accommodate 2 adults, with a large bedroom, equipped with a kitchenette (Ideal for a couple and two children). For employee bookings over several weekdays, the maximum capacity will be 2 people. Place for hikers, cyclists... etc. Located not far from the Vilaine towpath and at the foot of the Sentier des Biches.
