Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Baille, Marseille

We enjoyed two nights at Catherine’s charming place on this dreamy, lush property. Catherine was incredibly responsive and sweet, and she went out of her way to make us comfortable (and even brought us coffee and croissants when she stopped by the boulangerie!). This was a very peaceful getaway in the busy city of Marseille.

Privileged and very quiet location in the heights of the city, ideal for crisscrossing the different districts of Marseille and 10 minutes from the Corniche (sea) by bike. Thanks to Yann and Denis for the beautiful addresses. We will be back with pleasure and recommend 100%

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

It is an ideal starting point for doing many different things. You can quickly reach the city by bus, as well as the city beach or one of the starting points for hikes in the Calanques. It is also very well located to drive quickly to Cassis or La Ciotat. The accommodation is also very quiet and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Anna’s place was great—the house is beautiful, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, walkable part of Marseille. The terrace and garden, with a pool, are lovely and perfect for relaxing. One thing to note: the neighbor’s dog occasionally came into the garden. While it was friendly, it’s a big dog that might not be ideal for guests who are uncomfortable around dogs.

We had a truly amazing stay at this accommodation and completely fell in love with the house, the garden, and the entire area. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Marseille, and there are few places I’ve stayed where the reality is even more beautiful than the photos. It’s hard to put into words just how stunning the house and garden are. The home has been lovingly renovated, and you can really tell that every piece of furniture and detail was chosen with care and great taste. Each room has its own unique charm, the kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped for cooking, and the garden even has a small pool and shower where you can refresh. Penelope was a wonderful host – always available, incredibly helpful, and full of great local tips. If you appreciate thoughtful design, attention to detail, high-quality amenities, proximity to the sea, and cozy evenings in the garden, this is the perfect place for you.

Really attentive and proactive host, checking everything was OK during our stay- probably the best I've had on Airbnb - and clear instructions for checking in and out. Easy to access with a late arrival, as the keys are in a lock box. All exactly as per photos and very comfortable. Walkable in about 20 mins from main train station, if you are taking the airport bus and very close to the Old Port which we wanted. I would agree with someone else's comment about the 2nd bedroom loft space - you might need to be careful with the steps up for young children, same with elderly people but you can see the steps in the photos and you can easily swap bedrooms if you need. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommended.

A little corner of paradise in one of the nicest districts of Marseille. The lush and super quiet garden is just perfect for having coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day. Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, an ideal apartment!

Nicolas is a nice and considerate host. The apartment is conveniently located in a lively but quiet area, it is close to quality shops. The renovation and layout of the rooms make it a particularly comfortable place to stay. Finally, what makes this apartment unique is the care taken in the decoration and choice of design objects. We spent 10 amazing days there. PS: At sunset the view of the city, up to the sea, from the terrace is breathtaking.

We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home. Jean Mathieu and his wife gave us some tips for our stay. The apartment was clean and corresponded to the pictures. It is a good walk to the city centre, but the residential area is nice and quiet. We especially liked the evenings on the terrace.

My stay in Yolanda's apartment went really well. Photos and description match. The beautiful terrace is a real additional positive point. There are plants, seating, a deckchair and garlands! Christelle was a warm and caring host. The studio is well equipped and the view from the terrace is a real pleasure. The accommodation may be a little far from the train station and tourist spots but nothing insurmountable with organisation.

Great location! Easy walk to the city waterfront. Gated parking right at the complex. Jean-Luc was so nice and accommodating with check-in and check-out. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The view is phenomenal! We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It is perfect place to stay in Marseille, beautiful surroundings with beach nearby. Everything was clean. I would highlight the seating on balcony - very pleasant. There is bus station (10 minutes from apartment) from which you can go to the city centre.

Very nice centrally located apartment with great amenities. Although the apartment is right at the ferry port, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment. Bonus points for the very comfortable bed. Manuel was always available and welcomed us warmly :)

Very nice flat, close to bus links for the centre and within easy walk of Plage des Catalans and the Jardin du Pharo. Quirky style and lovely views. A Carrefour on the corner nearby. Apartment block has a concierge. Things to be aware of: the flat is on the 11th floor and the lift can take a while to arrive. There were also a few small black insects in the kitchen and bathroom - probably inevitable for this type of block, the flat itself was tidy and clean. A good visit
