In my small building in Marseille, I offer my accommodation on the 2nd floor, accessible only by stairs. ⚠️ The stairs are a bit steep between the 1st and 2nd floors, but perfectly manageable for most able-bodied people. With an area of 35 m2, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It is air-conditioned, very bright, and has a mezzanine bedroom, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a flat-screen smart TV with CANAL+, Netflix and other platforms.
