From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in 2025 in the idyllic municipality of Tuntenhausen. The approx. 80 m² apartment extends over two floors and offers space for up to six people. The location is ideal for excursions to nearby Rosenheim, Kufstein, the metropolises of Munich and Salzburg, as well as for mountain climbing or skiing. The facade and outdoor facilities will be redesigned in the course of 2026.

The small nature room is in the middle of nature on a meadow that also serves as an outlet for some sheep and chickens. The house is fully equipped with bathroom, heating, wood-burning stove and small kitchen. In Herrmannsdorf - a farm with its own agriculture, butcher and bakery - you will find a farm shop with its own products, a restaurant and a beer garden.
