Very beautiful and modern house. Our stay went very well. The house is located in a quiet area where birds chirping is heard. Chantal (Jeremy's mom) was very kind. We recommend this stay!

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay in this stunning, fully renovated home. Everything is thought out for comfort: the spaces are spacious, the decoration is of very good taste, and you immediately feel good there. Special mention for the kitchen, really very well equipped, and the bedding, super comfortable! The heated pool is a real plus, especially at the beginning of the season. A big thank you to Lucie and Olivier for their warm welcome and availability throughout the stay. They were able to answer all our questions with kindness and responsiveness. We leave delighted, with the desire to come back soon!

What a lovely place in Provence. The lovely cottage with various places where you could sit in the shade, or cool off in the pool was wonderful. A gas barbecue on which you could make your delicious meat/ fish... and at the same time the coolness of the cottage itself, where the air conditioning was able to keep the indoor temperature on a pleasant coolness... Another paradise in this beautiful area!

Absolutely beautiful villa, looks exactly like the pictures. The host was so helpful and very responsive - even late at night when we needed assistance. It was approx a 20 minute taxi ride into SaintTropez and 5/6 minutes to Port Grimaud. I cannot fault our stay, it was amazing from start to finish and the villa really made it!

Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa with a splendid view and where there is everything you need to have a good time. I would recommend it!

The house has a beautiful situation. Pleasant atmosphere in the house and garden. The two floors allow for different perspectives of the sea. No noise from the nearby coastal road. The dining table in the interior resembles a camping table (wobbles), as do the associated bar stools.

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

Exactly as described in the listing, and Jose was at hand if I needed anything. Great care has been taken to make the unit have a feel of home. You can also walk to shops and restaurants. Thanks Jose for a great stay

A perfect place to stay in the best area in South of France. Don't hesitate to book. You won't be disappointed

The place is delightful. Extremely well equipped with everything one could ask for and perfectly clean. There is plenty of easy, secure parking and a lovely pool area. The walk into the local village is perfectly fine so there is no need to drive for supper although there are numerous restaurants within 10 or 20 minutes drive by one's own car or taxi. I would have rather stayed a few days longer.

We really enjoyed the time at Maison Caryatides! The decor is beautiful and stylish, so you immediately feel very comfortable, with lots of details. Really special! It also has everything you need - heater for colder days (we were there in a rain week in April) and a wonderful coffee maker and other amenities such as washing machine, lots of cabinets, comfortable rain shower, etc. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter loved the children's room, which is lovingly designed with games and children's furniture, and was able to sleep very well there. The location is fantastic, right next to a few nice boutiques in the center of Cotignac, it has many very fine restaurants and cafes nearby and Silvie knows the best places. Nevertheless, it is quiet at night. We would recommend the place at any time and could have spent more than 1 week there. Thank you!

As a family of four including teen/tween, this was perfect. Magnificent quirky house with ample amenities. Sunshine or shady areas. We LOVED the pool- good size to rack up some mini lengths. (Just to note- water depth could be an issue for little ones or non swimmers ) House is amazing. Beautifully curated- so much to admire. Lake St. Cassien was such a surprising treat. Loved the pedalos and lake swimming. Located close to supermarkets. It would be easy to stay very local as all you need is in the house. Local area is charming. Hosts were welcoming and on hand. Best holiday experience we have had. Highly recommend. The house lives up to (and beyond) the photos. Also, On arrival, We were greeted with local rose which was welcomed! We stayed here for a week in early September and it couldn't have been better. Thanks to the good directions, we found it easy and we quickly got used to the steep driveway. The nearby Carrefour Contact and the bakery in the village are within walking distance for basic supplies. The house is well equipped and lovingly furnished. We didn't actually miss anything. The pool and views are an absolute highlight. Laurence and Sophie are both super nice and likeable and accessible at any time.

Alexis was great, gave us impeccable accommodation, was kind enough to leave us something to keep the kids busy. Very available, and also very responsive. I'm sure you'll have a great stay in his house!

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is very comfortable for two families, and the outdoor spaces (swimming pool, terrace, petanque court, summer lounge, etc.) are spacious and very well appointed. A beautiful find for a quiet holiday, in the sun and in the Esterél region.

Sandrine and Didier were always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very well maintained and clean with a lot of attention to detail. In addition, the kitchen was perfectly equipped. The pool was a dream in the hot temperatures. The garden was also beautifully landscaped with many opportunities to relax in the shade.
