Cannot beat the location of this amazing apartment. Highly recommend for those wanting to be in the hub of the city. The apartment is exactly like the photos - the balcony is truly the focal point of this apartment; the view is incredible. Apartment was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We had a short stay in Florence, but we are so glad we chose this Air Bnb, Aris was so friendly! He met us outside the apartment, and he helped carry our bags up the stairs. The apartment had so much natural lightning and was so modern and nice. He provided us with a map of the city and gave us so many local recommendations. The apartment had everything you needed, def make coffee with the moka! Apartment was a nice walking distance from the city center. Would stay here again :)

I absolutely loved this apartment in Florence! It’s in a peaceful neighborhood that gives you a real sense of the city, yet it’s still conveniently close to all the main sights. The apartment itself is super modern, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view. Valentina was welcoming, friendly, and very responsive, which made everything easy from start to finish. A wonderful place to stay - highly recommended!

Marco is very sweet, he greeted us and explained basic house rules and is very responsive with questions. He gave us amazing food recommendations in Florence that we tried as well. The place itself is super nice, spacious, clean.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

David was a great host. Super responsive. Location was excellent. Apartment had lots of light. Close enough to everything, and just outside the zone of constant traffic. Quiet.

Simply the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Giampaolo is the best host. He has anticipated traveler’s every need with a well stocked home away from home. He provided valuable advice on area restaurants, bars, museums, etc. And the location is amazing! Everything is within walking distance and being able to open the windows and hear the sounds of this vibrant city was wonderful. Thank you Giampaolo for a terrific stay! We hope to be back soon!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. The place is excellent and situated in a very walkable neighborhood with restaurants, retail and an amazing gelato shop all within steps. One street at the base of the building seems to be blocked off from traffic and is a very pleasant place to stroll around. The beds, furnishings, and ambiance are all comfortable and stylish. We got a taxi to the place from the Santa Maria Novella train station because the one tram we tried to get on was completely full when we tried to get on in the afternoon. We also got a taxi to go into the center of Florence just to save time versus riding the tram. In the evening we did find the tram convenient for going a few stops away to a specific pizza restaurant we wanted to visit called La Gioconda Guarda Napoli that was excellent, although you can find plenty of restaurant options within steps nearby but we didn’t try any.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Pictures don’t do justice. Best B&B in Florence by far. Costanza the host was very nice and accommodating. Everything was perfect, will stay here in the future.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. Laura, thank you for a wonderful time in Florence, we felt at home.

Absolutely loved this place. Only thing to note is that there is no service in the lobby, so if you’re traveling from another country and using an esim like airalo, be sure to read up on the check in and wifi instructions ahead of time. Hosts are super responsive and on call, I am appreciative as they went above and beyond for me. They called me a taxi, answered my call at midnight, and even held my luggage until I was ready to pick it up. The space itself is also beautiful, it looks exactly like the pictures.
