Absolutely perfect! Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Free private parking, fast internet. Cute, spotlessly clean apartment, 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. Enrica was great - responsive, helpful, with great suggestions. Her recommendation of La Siesta restaurant nearby / on the beach was amazing - great food, cozy atmosphere, super friendly waiters. While our family overnight stay in Riccione was supposed to be only an in-between stop on Mirabilandia / San Marino /Gardaland trip, Enrica made sure we’ll remember it fondly. Big THANK YOU!

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

Antonello's apartment is very comfortable to visit Perugia on foot, being a short walk from the historic center of the city. From here, you can also visit the other areas in a short time by car. Antonello is very friendly to professional and we felt comfortable in his home. Being also hosts in Venice, we have shared information and issues related to our work; the tips are always welcome. An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

This is an idyllic place. The owners and manager were very kind and responsive. The space is modern while also being comfortable - great beds, showers, and a very functional kitchen (we cooked dinner every night). We were traveling with a 1 year old and everything was well suited for her. I will dream about the pool - that really makes the property. We can’t wait to go back!

It was our first time in Perugia and the stay went great. Paola was very nice and approachable, welcoming us like daughters. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and equipped with all amenities. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a pleasant stay, slightly away from the chaos of downtown but conveniently connected thanks to the mini-meter, whose stop is right next to the apartment

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Very tastefully decorated apartment. Very quiet and only about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town of Perugia with delicious restaurants and nice bars. There is also a nice bar around the corner of the apartment. Highly recommended.
