Una grande piscina privata studiata anche per famiglie con bambini con cascata idromassaggio, un'area salotto con divano in pietra, area belvedere con sedute relax, patio con tavolo vista mare e piscina e area barbecue. Mysig lägenhet med härlig terrass mot havet.

Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 42m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer, bank och post. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden.

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti di Pascaredda.
