Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Exclusive Seewinkel vacation home

The vacation home is located directly at the National Park Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag and is therefore unique. At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

Historical center, shops, restaurants - everything the city can offer is just a step away. This apartment is quiet (even though tram stop is close) because it is oriented to a silent courtyard. Naive Home decorations are inspired by folk ornaments, all are handpainted. We are located on 2nd floor with elevator in residential building

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Island of Peace /AVA 3

In 2025, I completely renovated another holiday apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Cozy studio apartment in the city center

One room apartment is within walking distance from many restaurants, clubs and and Bratislava landmarks (e.g. Main Square, Historic Opera House, Old Town Hall). Easy access around the city from nearby public transport stations. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and basic cookware. Foldout queen size bed. Folding sofa (unfolded comfortably accommodates one person). Bathroom with a bathtub. Linen and towels provided.

Comfy Sudio close to the city centre

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und sehr ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.

Sweet dream 2 at Lake Neusiedl Mörbisch 2-3 people

Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
