Your dream vacation will wait for you. Spend an indescribable and relaxing vacation in the new and exclusive "Ferienhaus Wellenreiter". The semi-detached house is located on the north pole of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, right on the waterfront. On 3 floors with extra large roof terrace, not far from a protected swimming bay, with fantastic and unique views of the Baltic Sea, you will find your holiday home. Experience relaxing hours overlooking the sea from the hot tub/infrared sauna.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

House Alva, within walking distance of Schlei & the Baltic Sea, offers you a living and usable area of 110 square meters on an all-day sunny, garden plot of 800 square meters with its own driveway & parking. The cozy Danish-style vacation home impresses with its very spacious living/dining area open to the roof with an open, modern kitchen and view of the large covered terrace, 2 beautiful, bright (darken) and cozy bedrooms and 1 modern bathroom with rain shower.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

"Smukke Bleibe" Harbor view in Maasholm

Moin! Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on just under 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholmer harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. A unique location in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.

Relax with the whole family at this well-equipped and quiet place to stay. Our high-quality modernized thatched roof estate is located in hilly countryside, just a few minutes between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. With fireplace, large veranda overlooking the wonderfully large garden and private sauna, perfect even for beautiful days in autumn and winter.
