Apartment in Damme

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

We have furnished this newly renovated, centrally located and generously designed apartment, so whether we would move in there ourselves... ;-) 4 people will find plenty of space here on almost 90 m²! The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.
