The apartment consists of 3 more balconies and has a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, intruder detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, paddle surfing course, playing with your kids in the sand, running on the shores of the Mediterranean, or just enjoying the varied gastronomic offer of the neighborhood. Apartment 🏠 rules we welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out if you leave before, leave the keys on the table and close the door on your way out. Remember to always lock. It has 3 bedrooms (capacity for 5 people): 2 of them with 2 single beds each, which can be converted into a double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and a sofa bed for two people (EXTRA, see conditions). It is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The apartment is on the second floor; you have to go up some stairs. The suite has an alarm system that is deactivated when guests are occupying it. There is only one motion sensor inside the apartment and a camera that takes photos outside the apartment, which is directed at the door that opens onto the street.

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home
