Parking is free of charge and a Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Dm and organic market are within walking distance.

The half-timbered house in the medieval old town is one of the oldest houses in the city and is particularly well known in Soest because it was inhabited by Konrad Duden, the father of spelling, from 1859 to 1869. The house has been completely freshly and lovingly renovated – on the second floor there is a 100 square meter apartment in which up to six guests can be accommodated and experience the original Soest charm.
