With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

Welcome to the Müllerstube

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Flat "BALKON" has a living room with open kitchen, where you have access to 2 induction hobs, filter coffee maker and kettle, toaster, oven and microwave. the flat balcony has a spacious bedroom with 180 x200 cm bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower en-suite. You can use the large garden behind the flat. Here you can relax in the sun or play a game of badminton. Parking is free on our own property. No children in connection with peace and quiet for other guests on the premises

Our eco-renovated timber-framed house on a large natural plot offers plenty of space for up to 10 people and boasts a great view of the Harz Mountains and a special charm. Enjoy the beautiful nature, the very quiet location and the great atmosphere in the house thanks to the natural materials used and the clay plaster. Here you can browse through books, relax in front of the wood-burning stove, or explore the beautiful southern Harz region on hikes and bike rides.

Pure relaxation in Villa Rosa. Our beautiful little villa is located not far from the center of Bad Sachsa on a small mountain overlooking the idyllic mountains and forests of the Harz. An enchanted garden invites you to linger. The path to the center of the village takes about 5 minutes on foot and also the adventure pool Salztalparadies as well as a large indoor playground and the beautiful Schmelzteich as well as the city forest are within a few minutes' walk.

Only 5 minutes away from the spa park and town center of Bad Sachsa, it is idyllic and quiet on the Pfaffenberg – right on the edge of the forest. So you can reach the city center in just a few minutes on foot with numerous restaurants, shopping & doctor's offices.

Our south-facing 1-room ground floor apartment is located in a quiet environment on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bad Sachsa in the South Harz Mountains. The nearest supermarket and the market street with numerous small shops are a few minutes' walk away. Numerous leisure activities such as adventure pool, ice rink, climbing hall, etc. are also within walking distance. Ideal as a starting point for hikes with and without inclines.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Harzchalet Emma 3 - my Sauna - Sankt Andreasberg

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
