Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Located on the lake shore, you can go for a swim, paddle, rent a rowing boat near by, go sailing or standup paddling, bring in the catch of the day, cycle, hike or just hang out. The idyllic 120 sqm 3 bedroom house with an extensive garden (deck / swing / slide / football goal) is located in eastern Brandenburg near Beeskow. By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.

The apartment is located right in the center of the spa town. Restaurants and bars are from there in approx. 2 minutes' walk. Discount stores and cafes are only about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The train station with connections to trains and buses can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colours. The decor is simple and personal. Just a few minutes walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice bathing places. The biosphere reserve Spreewald, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

The apartment offers space for 6 people only a few minutes' walk from the water, surrounded by forest you will find peace and quiet on long walks or bike rides along the beautiful Scharmützelsee or hiking through the forest, which is also within walking distance. Bad Saarow and its surroundings offer relaxing variety for large and small guests. Trips to Berlin or the Spreewald, explore historic places.

We rent a furnished guest apartment in a separate house on the 1st floor on our property. The garden is private. The apartment is located near the lake, where there is a great playground and near Berlinn. The connection by public transport is good.
