New, modern guest apartment in the extended part of the building. The studio apartment has three rooms connected by four and seven steps. The middle room with living room/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers a fantastic panoramic view of Gonzen Castle and the surrounding mountains. The guest apartment is perfect for 2–5 people. Large double bed downstairs, bunk bed and single bed in the upstairs room. Whirlpool, sauna and washing machine available upon request.

A cozy tiny house on 36 m² in the mountains. The well thought-out layout offers a lot of comfort in a small space. Far from ordinary. The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
